I don't go very often because of the lines to pay but whenever I did go I LOVED what I tried. Today I got their delicious, fluffy, fresh and garlicky focaccia which was my favorite focaccia I have bought in Tucson. I also got their baba ganoush, something I am fairly picky about since I make it myself by roasting eggplants on a fire and this one was delicious. It had a touch of spiciness to it which I really enjoyed. I also really enjoyed sampling their mulligatawny soup and enjoyed the complimentary Hibiscus- Creosote drink they served today. Produce wise it was fun to find some sweet potato leaves today and I am looking forward to using them in a West African stew. I also got some eggplant and tomatoes. They had some nice looking garlic, onions, and squash. Last time I was there was last summer and they had delicious, fun, creative prepared dishes then too like a sunflower seed, basil pesto with purslane, a refreshing curtido and a green curry. The fluffy focaccia was $5 today and the baba ganoush was $5 as well. Tucson Village Farm offers various programs to support their goal to "reconnect young people to a healthy food system, teach them how to grow and prepare fresh food, and empower them to make healthy life choices. They have weekly farmers markets with things they make and grow such as pizza and soups. I hear the pizza is great! The holiday market had live music, chickens to pet, lots of handmade items from the farm. I was a little confused on how to pay for the items. I believe you get a ticket and everyone gets in one long line. I'll be back to try the pizza and hopefully the line will be short. Very cute place to bring kids to. Decided to do the instructor training after 3months of starting yoga b/c I had been enjoying so much and wanted to learn more. Then another student was very aggressive and I felt like there was a possibility where she was going to ?? .. I was walking away and 2x she repeated "don't walk away from me" bc I did not like the noise of the air purifier fan (need to maintain/clean I never saw anything that documented it was cleaned) and it was very loud causing my migraines to rebound-disability from TBI. Other students in regular yoga classes had turned off the fan so I know it was not just me that was bothered by the noise. I canceled instructor training bc I was concerned about the other student and if she was going to continue to be aggressive/dangerous. Might have been able to manage her aggression but the noise from not maintained air purifier causing worse headaches if I had to be there for 8 hour could not do. No help from the yoga studio staff- had meeting but the student and her representative person were on chairs. I walked in and no other chairs available so I sat on floor. Owner of studio (supposed to be my representative for meeting) went and found herself a chair, (funny) did not offer me one so I was the only one on the floor for a meeting where a co-student had been aggressive against me. Weird the person that had been attacked is on the floor with 3 other people above them---- go figure then I get charged $300 b/c you failed me. If anyone actualy reads this do not go to this yoga studio; my opion they have no care for who you are. Guess nothing else needs to be said. They never mentioned on-line (which another student was doing) or keeping the aggressive student away. DO NOT DO INSTRUCTOR TRAINING Lost $300 and YOGA b/c this place was horrible

I asked whether they could keep me posted on its condition and was somewhat rudely told "Oh, we don't do that." I told them that considering my time and money, I thought it was the least they could do. Surprisingly, the next day I did get a call, ostensibly from their vet. When I asked how the owl was doing, I was told matter-of-factly, "Oh, we put him down, his wing was injured and he would never fly again." I will never take another animal there.

This is my Wife's road bike that she has put hundreds and hundreds of miles on. ie: Race across Arizona to the Border, many 75-110 Loops of the El Tour De Tucson annually and a as support rider for RAAM , or race across america. Some one will get a really nice bike with the best components available when she did ride. Surface Road riding has changed with drivers not paying attention and drifting into the bike lanes. So, due to safety concerns she stopped. I understand.
