The Funeral home my family has been using quoted at me $3,000.00 for just the cremation and completion of death certificates for my father which was out of my budget and required me to travel some distance to complete paperwork in person. With his passing being so sudden, it was very distressing in the following days trying to find an option that was in my budget. I was weary while searching online and found myself overwhelmed with options. I eventually reached back out to the director at the funeral home to see if financing was available, but the director there recommended I reach out to Caring Cremations as an alternative. I am SO happy I found caring cremations. They we're attentive, responsive, and compassionate when handling all of my questions and needs. The cost was less than half of what the funeral home had quoted me and I was able to complete all the paperwork online. The Funeral Home they are associated with was beautiful and the staff there was so accommodating when it came to picking up my fathers possessions, death certificates, and ashes. The cremation itself was handled through Bohemian National Cemetery which I was happily surprised to discover. I received his ashes packaged respectfully. I was able to pick out and use my own urn that I had my heart set on for my father with no pressure to purchase one through them. It really brought a lot of peace and comfort to know his remains were well cared for And my wishes respected. I greatly appreciated that I wasn't dealing with any pressure or up selling as I've experienced in the past with the passing of loved ones, however they had many lovely options that included affordable memorial service packages and urns as well. I would like to Thank Caring Cremations for all the support and help I received from them. My mother passed away in hospice care, I searched many places that I would feel at peace to take care of my mom after her passing. Milos was Great! I called several times prior to moms passing and he always called back right away if he was unavailable. Milos and his staff made this so much more bearable with their kindness and how prompt they were with all they do. I am forever Thankful! They said I would be able to receive my moms ashes in a week, and that was exact. I found Caring Cremations online and upon speaking to Milos I was able to take care of my Moms services without the task of leaving home. Our Moms death was unexpected and having to make arrangements in person would have been very emotional. I My family was very pleased with how great our Mom was presented! When my husband died very early on a Sunday morning, I called them and spoke to a very polite individual, who said I would receive a call back very shortly. Milos called me back within a few minutes. All the forms could be completed online so one did not have to actually physically visit their office. They took care of all details without a hitch, which was a big help when you are dealing not just with the loved one's loss but also the endless details associated with their passing (clearing out their homes, stopping bills, paying bills, and so on).
