After two weeks and no word I called, person on the phone was a little unsure but said it was still in shipment to the store and they would call me back as soon as it came in. Today is 4 weeks since I ordered, I called again, same person on the phone, he remembered me. Said it appeared the order had been cancelled or was not available. I asked how come it was cancelled and I was not informed and he said it looked like maybe it was not ordered correctly the first time but when I called they put in a new order, however I am guessing they did not do that as he was offering to order it for me again, well no thank you, once bitten... Soooo many different shoes and sizes! AND they have "extra wide/extra extra wide" shoe sizes!!! I was SO happy cuz it's so damn hard finding shoes for him and he gets frustrated too. They have everything! Shoes, clothes, accessories! Loved it all!!! We definitely will be coming back a lot in the future! Max if you see this then thank you very much from your "uptown" customers :)
