Always quick, fresh, and inexpensive. Their sandwich line although frozen is actually quite tasty.

Awake Coffee in Suwanee is such a great spot! Even though they've only been open a short time, you…read morecan tell this place is going to gain a big following. Their menu is full of creative coffee drinks, and everything we tried was spot on. I ordered the Verde latte, a unique blend of coffee and matcha, and it was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, which I really appreciate. My husband got the Tiramisu coffee and was "very impressed." As a Colombian, he's particular about his coffee, and he said he was very impressed. That says a lot coming from him--he even told me more than once that I needed to write a raving review because of how much he enjoyed it. We also tried one of their Croffles (a croissant-waffle hybrid), and learning that they import the croissant ingredients from France made it feel extra special. The shop itself is bright and welcoming. I loved the little touches, like protective padding on table corners for kids--such thoughtful detail for families. They even surprised our son with a prebiotic drink, which made the experience even more memorable. On top of the great drinks and food, the service was warm and genuine. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Suwanee. This spot is going to be the next big coffee destination!

I went on a Saturday and they pretty busy. All the seats were taken and it's not that big inside. I…read moretried the black cacao latte and I think it's black sesame but it was alright. I also tried their brown cream latte which is supposed to be like a biscoff flavor which is light, could be stronger. It had bits of biscoff in the drink too. The drinks came about to $7 each. They also had various kinds of croffle that I'd come back for.

My daughter surprised me with a drink from Dutch Bro's on a Saturday…read more Apologies, I don't know what it is called, but sugar free, not fizzy or flat if that makes sense. VERY GOOD!!! But, her experience was not so good. Apparently the team was VERY slow, not at all friendly or apologetic for any of the clearly poor service provided. Unless you don't care about friendly service, I guess this is a good coffee shop?! Prices are about the same as others. Odd location off Buford Drive, next to Chick fil A& just down from Publix at Old Peachree. KNOW the light there holds FOREVER... PSA for ya. I don't see myself going anytime soon, but I won't pass up someone getting a drink for me, LOL.

I'm still trying to understand the hype about this chain over visitinga locally owned Mom & Pop…read moreshop or tea house in the area. I ordered a blended coffee, a chai, and one of their fancy energy drinks called Shark Bite. The barista at the window was basically yelling instead of talking. Think that might be their "positive and high energy" appeal that customers say they like about Dutch Bros. Me, I would prefer to support local for the same cost, quality, and friendliness. The boba here is not boba, it's those strange popping jellies that they only sell in the US at Starbucks and in the mall. The drive thru setup is similar to Chikfila with tablet employees in the driveway.

My favorite order is the iced strawberry ceremonial matcha and fruit tart. I have also tried their iced Dutch latte, their strawberry cloud and a variety of their baked goods. Everything is always absolutely perfect. This is the best spot to get work done, catch up with friends, or for a quick coffee run. The inside is absolutely beautiful and serene. You can even see their cold brew and roasting through a window. Make sure to get their stamp card loyalty as well! I believe 10 stamps gets you a free drink of your choice! Love that they are open til 8PM, though I wish they were open a bit later.

I've been a regular at this café for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing…read more I placed my order with the Asian woman at the counter -- who I later learned could be the owner -- paid for it, and waited. After 45 minutes with no update, I finally asked about my drink -- only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple drink is already unreasonable, but being blamed for bringing it up was even worse. They didn't offer a free drink or even bring the drink to my table after realizing the mistake. Instead of apologizing, the staff member (or the owner) who took my order walked away and ignored me. Another employee stepped in, apologized, and made the drink, leaving it nearby for me to pick up. About 30 minutes later, the original staff member(who could be the owner) approached me and, speaking quietly in Korean, told me it wasn't her responsibility to remember my order because I hadn't ordered any pastries. She also claimed their system prevented staff in the back from seeing orders--an excuse I later learned wasn't true. This means that all other staff don't know the order and still manage to fill the orders in the back when we place them. The way she spoke, switching to Korean and keeping her voice low, seemed intended to appear polite to others while implying that I should accept her illogical talking, while wasting my time there. I don't see the point that the owner is making that when she didn't apologize for her mistake, and instead deflected blame onto me while treating me like I was in poverty, since I didn't order pastries. Not everyone likes the old, stale pastries they have. But other workers are so understanding and great people, though. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling gaslit and disrespected despite being a loyal customer.
