This review is on a catering order for a 50th birthday party. Ms. Jodie was the instrumental to get this order done for 60-70 ppl. We ended up updating the order to be fulfilled in half pans so 2 can fit in the chafing pans. That worked out perfectly! Pick up was simple and easy, however they didn't have boxes. Each pan easily went into my truck but required a few trips back & forth. The quality of the food was super fresh, enough spice and the rice & peas were the star of the show. Not a drop was left! I sampled the jerk chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage. The sauce with the jerk was great! It was a sweet spicy jerk sauce. While the sauce was good the chicken was dry, like it was severely reheated before we picked it up. I had to watch what pieces I have my younger child as it could've been a choking hazard. We also asked for oxtail gravy on the rice which was yummy. The cabbage was ok, not that flavorful. I did not try the other things but the feedback was: oxtails ok, not extra fatty like some places, beef patty was good with a touch of spiciness, Mac and cheese was good if not a little sweet.
