The issue we encountered was a busted A/C during a jam packed trip. My encounter with the owner was not the best. Mind you, I just drove an hour and a half pregnant with no air conditioning when meeting him at the airport after our short trip, I wasn't pleasant towards him. He offered to help with our bags, I told him no and he insisted on not listening to me. While he was just trying to be nice, he wasn't listening. Seeing my husbands beat red face from the heat made me even more upset. Instead of an apology, the owner felt the need to lecture me on how me being upset and snotty accomplished nothing. While I don't disagree with him, I don't think he helped in making me less angry by calling me snotty. He told me that we should have called and they would have remedied the situation sooner. Our trip was so jam packed that we did not have the time to deal with the issue, although we should have called to warn them that this was an issue. I don't understand how when renting out equipment, you don't notice that the A/C isn't working when one of your drivers dropped it with us at the airport. It was also overdue for an oil change. While both of these "oversights" by the company were unintentional and they refunded us some of our money in a slightly passive aggressive email, it left a sour taste in my mouth. Vehicles should be checked before leaving their lot. We didn't realize that the A/C wasn't working properly until after meeting up for lunch with family and finally making our way from Tampa to Bradenton Beach. We assumed it would take a few minutes for it to level out given the sun and heat, but we were mistaken after 20 minutes into our drive and all that was pouring out was warm stale air. I appreciate that companies such as this exist given our family circumstance, I do think they should hold themselves to higher standards because they service those with physical disabilities. And while I admit that I let the heat get the best of me when speaking with the owner, I don't think lecturing me like a child accomplished anything besides making the situation worse. Advice: Ask for a vehicle that is up to date on all services and to double check the A/C before accepting a rental from this company.

The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, ​and confirmation were​ wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up. The driver arrived just before​ the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home. The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, ​and glasses were all well​ stocked. It was the perfect way to enjoy a trip to dinner without the hassle of traffic or worrying about drinking and driving. She explained when I should expect my visa including delay due to two Chinese holidays that the embassy would be closed. The price for the service was $248 which included completing the paperwork, taking the required picture for the application, mailing off the application with the passport, and picking the visa and passport up at their office. That was a great deal because other agencies in the area were charging upwards of $270 and that's without filling out the paperwork or the picture that needed to be submitted with a Visa. She even took multiple pictures and gave them to me just in case I needed to submit a picture for future visas. That's a big savings right there because two 2x2 passport photos at Walgreens cost $14.99 and she gave me 5 extra! The Visa came back in the expected time frame. When I picked up my Visa, she explained to me everything about the Visa including it being a multiple entry Visa, 60 day stay per entry, good for up to 10 years and when the Visa would expire. She explained to me because my passport will expire before my Visa does that I need to just remember to keep my current passport after it expires so that I can still use the visa because it can still be used with a new passport after my current passport expires. Katrina was professional. The service was cost-effective and efficient. If I need to get another hard to get visa again, I would definitely use Union Visa. I hear a Russian visa is pretty hard to get so I would definitely use this company if I decide to go visit the Kremlin :-)

TECO Line Streetcar System is located in the heart of Downtown Tampa and travels within a 2.7 mile…read moreradius to Channel District and Ybor City. It's Tampa's historic streetcar. The public transportation is FREE to everyone at this time. They use to charge for this transportation but not sure why it is free at this time. Take advantage of this as it's a cool way to explore the city. Streetcars arrive every 15 minutes so the wait time isn't bad at all. We stayed at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and the TECO station was located right out front, Station 10 at Dick Greco Plaza. There are 11 stations total. We ended up going all the way to Station 1 just to scope out the city and see what looked interesting to stop at. We passed so many cool spots including The Florida Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Sparkman Wharf, Cruise Terminals, Centro Ybor and Centennial Park. We took the streetcar back and decided to stop by Sparkman Wharf. Such a cool spot for good eats. The TECO Line Streetcar System is a BOMB!!! The kids loved it. Highly recommend this choice of transportation.
