I've had to call with last minute changes and they were able to accommodate this with no added fees. They will monitor your flight so if you're late coming back, they will adjust accordingly. In response to using one coach to move 100 people, really? Your company suggested I use only one coach. I said I would pay for more and questioned them when they offered only one coach.
