The food here is decent. This is the place that you go to if you don't feel like cooking at home. I had some Cow Foot Soup today. Every day there is a different soup of the day. Yesterday it was Mannish Water (Goat Head Soup). The prices here are fair. There is free parking in the side lot. Christmas Fruit Cake arrives tomorrow on Dec 11. Last year their cake was super moist and sweet. I loved it.

Jerk pork with cabbage, excellent!

Excellent Authentic Jamaican food. Get there early cause, every day they sell out of the best Jerk Chicken in Suffolk County. Lots of delicious other options. Everything is delicious. Very friendly and professional staff. Generous portions. I would consider catering from this restaurant. The restaurant is take out style with casual seating.

The ambience is a perfect mix of modern seafood house and lively bar scene with bright neon touches cool décor and music that keeps everything feeling upbeat. It's the kind of place where you instantly know you're going to have a good time. The service here was pretty good. Not perfect but definitely friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. The staff kept things moving even though the restaurant was packed and they were always quick with recommendations and explanations for anyone new to the whole boil bag experience. There were a couple of moments where things took a bit longer than expected but the team always made up for it with great attitudes and genuine effort. Overall it added to the laid back fun vibe rather than taking away from it. Now the food is where Voodoo Crab absolutely shines. If you're a seafood lover you're going to feel like you found treasure. The boil bags are unreal stuffed with juicy shrimp tender crab legs mussels corn potatoes and all the buttery saucy goodness you could ever ask for. The Voodoo sauce is the clear winner spicy savory and addictive without overpowering the seafood. Every bite is messy delicious and worth wearing a bib for. The fried baskets were just as great crispy seasoned perfectly and definitely sharable. And the appetizers hit the spot too especially the calamari and hush puppies. The drink menu is a whole adventure by itself. Creative cocktails big flavors and the kind of drinks that make you say "ok maybe I'll have just one more." They pair perfectly with the bold seafood flavors and help keep the whole night fun and lively. What really makes Voodoo Crab special is the entire experience. It's not just eating dinner it's cracking shells laughing getting messy and having a blast with the people you're with. The vibe the food and the atmosphere all come together to make it unforgettable. It's perfect for birthdays date nights family dinners or just when you want something different and exciting. Voodoo Crab easily earns five stars. Great food fun ambience friendly staff and a dining experience that's anything but boring. If you haven't tried it yet grab some gloves dive into a boil bag and thank yourself later.

It's the same restaurant as far as menu selection, a garlic bread basket served to you after your seated and same HUGE portions but I like the Coram location better, lucky me!! It's a bigger restaurant with a big parking lot, really nice bar and lounge area, separate from the dining room! There is an outdoor patio with a Tiki Bar and live music regularly, such a really nice/relaxing atmosphere to be in! I was at Popei's last week with my daughter for dinner. We started with a mozzarella stick appetizer and they serve 4 which is really 8 to me because they are double the size of the standard mozzarella stick! Perfectly fried and really tasty! I ordered the fried shrimp platter that is served with 8 jumbo shrimp. The batter is delicious and served golden fried, It is NOT oily by any means and the shrimp was very fresh! My daughter ordered the shrimp scampi and her reaction was the same as mine! The scampi sauce was perfection! For dessert I ordered the Pistachio Gelato which was delicious with a swirl of chocolate throughout! My daughter ordered the lava cake which she consumed! It was the perfect ending to a very enjoyable evening!

We arrived about 6pm and were lucky enough to score a two seat table. It was almost filled to capacity with lots of diners enjoying their meals. With great Latin music playing and laid back vibe, I was looking forward to a great meal. John our server was polite and efficient. We started off with traditional Peruvian golden lager, Cusquena. Crisp and delicious! Two ceviche appetizers and two steak entrees. We're ceviche lovers and throughly enjoyed those dishes. The Honey enjoyed his Lomo Saltado. The traditional Peruvian stir fry dish. Strips of beef sirloin, red peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with French fries and white rice. My Tacu Tacu Steak with rice and beans was a hit, and miss. The steak was tough and the rice and beans, really "starchy". It's hard to explain they tasted heavy and sticky. The portions are generous so I had leftovers for home. Surprisingly, the dish tasted better the next day. The menu highlights their Happy Hour and Wine Down Wednesdays. We're looking forward to returning for one or both :) of those! For some warm vibes, good service and fresh food this place is worth a visit. Thank me later.....
