A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. If it wasn't for this large display, I wouldn't have known all the cool new things Mike's has created for us: hot honey popcorn, hot honey syrup! It worked, because I purchased several bags, but packing them was a ^%$%#$ because it took up so much space! Lesson learned, do not buy popcorn as gifts. The front side had all the groceries, and the produce section was the first thing you see. Unfortunately, like some other Walmarts recently, they didn't have roma tomatoes. Instead, the had other more expensive and a bigger tomatoes available in bags. We were able to get avocados and bananas for reasonable prices though. We did have a bit of trouble finding cooking oils, and after asking some associates, one lead me to cookies, while another bluntly took told me the correct aisle. At least the store looked pretty clean and organized. We didn't go to the the other sessions than the groceries, so didn't see much of toys, electronics, fashion, or other items. We got so lucky to find a checkout counter with an attendant immediately. She acted nonchalant, but still polite enough. They didn't check our receipts after leaving, so we were able to get out without issues. As mentioned, this store mostly cater to tourists. Since it is open from 6AM to 11PM most of the time, it's a quick way to get any items missed or needed. For locals like me, it's pretty packed and can get a bit uncomfortable. At least the place is pretty clean and has cheap goods. Service could be a bit better though. Thus, overall I give it a C+

Spare your sanity & go literally ANYWHERE else. People working at the actual store seem braindead…read more-- even GM. It started with a Walmart + delivery --where I paid for expedited service. It took this guy 2 hours to collect 13 items, about 30 minutes to check out, and another hour to finally get on the road. I'm literally 2 miles away. I'm watching the map and it says he's finally 4 minutes away... then I get a text saying "delivery attempted." !!!! I text the driver Marcellus and he blatantly ignored me for 20 minutes. Walmart+ said it has up to 48 hours to complete delivery... WHAT AN INANE POLICY when I'm guessing 70% of deliveries are GROCERIES. I had cold & frozen items in my order. I wasn't waiting. I get to Walmart around 11:30 pm just fuming. I will say W+ customer service was apologetic and quickly canceled my order... but then I still have no groceries. Sooo in my pajamas, exhausted, I get my stuff. I check out, I ask for a manager bc idk how a grocery delivery service can let such egregious behavior ride from an employee. He looked at me like I had 3 heads, and wouldn't even turn to face me when I was telling him how crazy unacceptable this was -- given I was ordering FOOD. What if I didn't have my own transportation...? Would it be acceptable to let someone just go without eating bc Marcellus decided he just wasn't delivering my groceries that night & he was aware of the W+ policy that states he has up to 48 hours to complete the delivery????? How many seniors shop at Walmart????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Here's the funny thing, one of my very first jobs 22 years ago was an overnight Walmart associate in KY where I'm from.... Granted, the food court choices at the other location are better, I'd still come to Lotte when I need specific asian ingredients. It seems they're aware that theres more competition and they've not only done renovations to the store but they have a lot more specials now than before.
