    Curried goat, cabbage, plantains

The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the prices were fair. I had the curry goat with cabbage and plantains, and I'm looking forward to trying jerk chicken next time!

For starters, it took at least 15 minutes to receive my food after I ordered it. The service was friendly enough, but fast food is supposed to be fast! I ordered the Nashville chicken tenders, as I've never tried them before. They came in a tray with at least 2-3 millimeters of grease in the bottom. Luckily my biscuit was on a little platform or it would've been soaked. The tenders themselves were overdone, dry, and chewy. I didn't even finish them all. The dine-in area was fairly clean and well lit with natural light. The crew also had some decent R & B coming from the kitchen area. So there were some upsides to my experience. All things considered though, the food at this location has put me off of KFC completely, and I don't think I'll ever return to another one of these restaurants.

After placing my orders I was then told that they couldn't complete my order because they had NO chicken. No breast, wings or drumsticks. I could buy cookies, sides & drinks but NO chicken. So I left and went down the street to Popeyes Chicken. They had food to sell. Your loss KFC. SMH. How does KFC stay open when the are running out of chicken to sell. Poor management. Not ordering enough of product.

I ordered the CHICKEN SANDWICH which I did enjoy. I found the chicken to be covered in a crunchier coasting that some other chains, but it's flavour was a little bland to me. The dipping sauce is very important to me at a chicken chain. I like to dip fries and chicken tenders (if ordered). I was not a fan of the Raising Cane signature Cane sauce.

This was my first time ever having Raising Cane's. The fries were a good portion, but definitely too soggy. The Texas toast is fairly good, I could taste the butter on it; personally, when I'm already eating fried chicken and french fries, I probably don't need another brown carb with it, but I know it's just their "thing." The chicken fingers were decent size and I'm sure they would've been crispier if it wasn't for the styrofoam container. The breading was nice because it was a little heavier than Popeye's in my opinion, but not by much. I liked the Cane Sauce personally, although it was a tad salty. I'm glad I can say I tried it, but I'm not craving it strongly. Drive-thru service was fast, which was a plus.

I ordered online while sitting at the studio making soap and chose carryout. I was finished earlier than expected, so went in to sit while I waited. I know it's an incredibly juvenile preference but I was happy to see there was a boneless option on a menu that predominantly features bone-in chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mild is truly mild, I'll probably try the medium next time. The rice was really good, I loved the chunks of pepper in it. It would have been perfect but I felt it was lacking salt. However, dumping my leftover mild sauce on the rice fixed that issue. The mozzarella sticks are your average mozzarella stick, but I found the red sauce to be above average. The service was fine. No chit chat or overly friendly demeanors but everyone was polite and I got my food fast. The restaurant seemed very clean. There are a few booths and tables, but this most definitely seem like the kind of place that mostly gets takeout orders.
