However, the few times I've gone at 6 PM it still is manageable. When I'm not in a rush I enjoy the massage chairs. They also have water massage tables, suntanning rooms and red light therapy. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability.
