I was not happy with that other pediatrician as the office was not very clean and I didn't get the pediatrician we were supposed to see. When our son was just a couple of weeks ago and had signs of colic, I called several pediatricians and most could not see us for a couple days. Another pediatrician's office even told me to just go to an Urgent Care or ER. As a new mom, Nemours took my concerns seriously when others did not (newborn screaming for hours and spitting up). They saw us right away and were phenomenal. I can always get in without any issue for sick visits for my son. The pediatricians are nice and knowledgeable and spend a good amount of time with us. They see us timely and wait time is minimal, if any. The office is clean and nurses are nice. And I really love the Nurse line. Whenever I have any concern, I can call a pediatric nurse 24/7 and they are quick to respond and give LOTS of advice. This is so comforting when you aren't really sure whether or not a sick visit is necessary. I am so happy I made the switch to Nemours Wayne when my son was a newborn. I have only had positive experiences.
