Then they delivered a 2nd van that the ramp worked once and 3 men at the hospital had to lift my husband in his chair in the van because the ramp wouldn't come out again and again spent time on the phone with service and techs for them to tell me to manually crank out the elctric ramp. Will never go back to this company.
