I texted Mr. Quick Pick on Wednesday. They responded within 30 minutes. Being the day before July 4th, we decided to meet up on Friday. They helped me avoid the local city's HUGE summer festival traffic and drove over an HOUR to meet with me. Not knowing the area well, I left early and arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time. Mr. Quick Pick was ALREADY there! They finished programming my new Subaru OEM key fob and cutting the "valet" key in less than five minutes, tested both fob and key several times - both worked flawlessly. Empower Automotive's Bree recommended them to me. If THEY recommend them, so I trusted Mr. Quick Pick from the start. Could not be more satisfied.

Upon making an appointment over the phone with this auto-shop to install an electrified hitch on our 2015 SUV (for which this part is readily available) they asked for our credit card info in advance of bringing our vehicle in for service. We gave it to them, assuming that we would be consulted before any charges were applied to our card. We were wrong in that assumption. After talking with a car savvy friend we learned that the quote Redmond Automotive offered was entirely too high, "that's highway robbery!", our friend said, and so we called to cancel our appointment. Said appointment was over one week away from the time our cancelation. When we spoke with a representative re: our need to cancel this appointment, we were told that we would be reimbursed for all charges to our credit card. After four days passed and our card had not yet been refunded, we called again to check on the reimbursement. At that point we were told that they do not offer refunds and that the charges would stick. NOTE: Redmond Automotive charged our credit card for the FULL QUOTE for work that was NEVER done. The part had merely been ordered. NO work had been done, they didn't even have our car. Yet they charged us for the LABOR (never happened) and the part. In trying to come to terms over this egregious charge in person with the owner of Redmond Automotive , we were verbally insulted and our requests for a full refund were denied. We were left paying 3x what we know the part costs at Advanced Auto. 3 times! Gross. We ended up paying for this over-priced part, needless to say, we will never return to this business. We hope this review spares you any trouble as well.

I was completely satisfied with the work done. We figured out that the same parts were replaced a year earlier at another facility after an auto accident. I won't mention the name of that facility, but they also charged my insurance company for service they didn't do. Not to mention the suspension parts failure a year later could have ended up in a dangerous situation. John and his team had me back up and running. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I managed to get a screw stuck in my tire. Terrible time of year (Nov) to try to get a tire repair done. After calling several tire shops, who were booked out weeks, I attempted to call the service dept of the dealership where I purchased my car AND the tires. After having to call back twice and told that they couldn't get me in for a month or so (for a 10 min tire repair) I decided to give Redmonds a call. John said to bring it in right away and they would take a look at it. About 10 min after arriving I was patched up and back on the road. No charge. Moral of the story - honest work and good customer service go a long way! Redmond will get my business for any future repairs (or tire purchase!). The big fancy dealership who can't be bothered to accommodate a 10 min tire repair, not so much. They lost any future sales for a car, tires or service. Redmond Auto for the win!

This place does not operate in good faith. I want to start off with I did try to handle this…read moreprivately with them. I went in to speak my concern with brake work that had been done and what I was charged for. They took pictures and stated that I would hear from someone on Monday (this was early Friday). I took my 3500 truck in to have a vibration looked at. Told them to inspect the suspension and brakes. They called and told me the front rotors were warped and the rears were glazed. They recommended to replace front and rear pads/rotors. I asked if the calipers were fine, Alexis stated they were fine. This is the first time I spoke with her, I started with Philip the manager. I agreed to have them do the front and rear pads/rotors. First thing the next morning I get another call from Alexis stating that all 4 calipers need to be replaced. I asked what changed since the inspection the previous day where I was told they were fine. She stated that they were all seized. They stated an additional almost $1800 for the calipers only. I declined and stated to just put it back together and I will pick it up early afternoon. Shortly after hanging up I received another call back from Alexis. She stated she was still going to have to charge me for the front and rear pads/rotors since I authorized this the previous day and that the work had already been performed. I acknowledged and was ok with this since I did approve the work. I arrived at the shop at 1:05, early afternoon like I stated. My truck is on the lift with rear and front tires off. I go in to ask for my truck, she stated that I said early afternoon for pick up. 1:05 is early afternoon to me. I asked why there is still old rotors on the back when I was told on the phone that the front and rear pad/rotors were already replaced. Alexis told me that they took the new stuff back off and put the old back on. I inquired about the logic behind this. The manager, Philip stepped over. I said to put it back together and I will pay for the work that had been done. I ended up paying for front pads/rotors. She stated they were having a hard time getting the calipers back on the front since there is new pads. I went to Art's auto and picked up all four calipers to change them out the next morning. When I took the front calipers off, I was shocked to see the lack of work performed. On the invoice I was charged 269.98 for pads/rotors which "includes cleaning and lubrication of brake components." They put brand new pads on, did not replace the shims with the new ones, nor did they clean or lubricant the old existing. They did not clean the slide pins at all. I went in and spoke to Alexis about this. Philip was off that day. I brought the old calipers in to show this lack of work that I was charged for. When I came in, I was polite, asked to speak about my bill and a concern I have to work that was done. I asked to speak in private so the waiting room people would not hear about the kind of work that was done. I was told that I would hear back from either Philip or his boss Dan. I did not hear back from either about my concerns of doing honest, good faith work. I 100% will not trust this place to do work again, nor would I recommend anyone else use them unless it's just putting tires on. I attempted to allow them to make it right and hear my concerns, which they chose not to do either. Disappointed to say the least. I wish this would let me post the pictures of how nasty the shims and slide pins were.
