    Have a photosmart premium printer. Total piece of junk.Their software has not worked from day…read moreone---on a HP laptop to boot. Although tech support has tried several times to fix-all they have done is waste several hours of my time & theirs. Yes they have sent me another printer during the warranty period-but it was a refurb--when the unit I purchased was new. The refurb lasted several months-after which it had the same problems. Their tech support tries hard-but does not listen-and so they have you doing the same thing over & over again in an attempt to fix a printer that will never work correctly. The last two tech people wasted my time trying to fix the same problem-without avail. The problem is both hardware & software. Yes they send new print heads & ink-which seems to fix the hardware problem-but only temporarily. On my third & final call-they "escalated" my problem-only to send me another print head & cartridges, and try to convince me to waste more time on a remote access fix----which was tried for over an hour several calls ago. I let them know in no uncertain terms-that I would be willing to try another model in exchange-which was cheaper than what I paid-but to no avail.Few days later-another print head and cartridges arrive again---what a waste of their time & money.No wonder their stock is in the toilet. Still have not been able to get a full year on one printer. Save your hard earned $ and buy a Canon---the last one I had lasted several years-and was replaced by a refurb, out of the warranty period-for a reasonable fee. That one lasted several years also.HP tech support gets 2 stars for effort, 1 star for listening, 0 stars for ability and their printer gets a negative one star.
