The place opens at ten. I got there at eleven and the doors were locked. About to walk away, a lady quickly unlocked the door and said that the place was by appt. only. I apologized. I then asked her if I could come back another time and buy something from her store with her certificate. She said NO! Can you believe this? She said the certificate was only good for a service and not a product. She then said, "I have an appt. soon, goodbye" and practically shoved me out the door! I was so baffled and confused. When I looked carefully at the gift certificate, it said nothing about what it included or excluded. I was so disappointed. Even if I changed my mind and wanted a massage, I really don't think I want her to grease up her hands and massage me. I guess I don't get a birthday gift. Does anyone want my gift certificate? Yours for free!
