The place opens at ten. I got there at eleven and the doors were locked. About to walk away, a lady quickly unlocked the door and said that the place was by appt. only. I apologized. I then asked her if I could come back another time and buy something from her store with her certificate. She said NO! Can you believe this? She said the certificate was only good for a service and not a product. She then said, "I have an appt. soon, goodbye" and practically shoved me out the door! I was so baffled and confused. When I looked carefully at the gift certificate, it said nothing about what it included or excluded. I was so disappointed. Even if I changed my mind and wanted a massage, I really don't think I want her to grease up her hands and massage me. I guess I don't get a birthday gift. Does anyone want my gift certificate? She stated she would create a completely new from "starch" resume from scratch but she copied and pasted 85-90% of stuff from my my resume to the resume she created! 3. She would provide me with a resume scoring by running my resume through ATS, i did not get this.  4. The LinkedIn document she provided the items you suggested i add are already on my linkedin.  5. i ran the resume from a few site and i am getting some horrible feedback especially about the layout the system does not recognize. 6. It took over a week to complete when i am certain you gave a way shorter window during our conversation. 7. She also asked me for the start and hire date for some positions, asked me to provide some accomplishment which were on the intake form she provide. 8. She blocked my email so I can not even contact her .! In short I don't think she put much effort in to my resume also seems like the work was out sourced.

I was a few months into my job search. I was getting quick responses from several companies just based on my resume which was encouraging.
