STOP LOOKING YOU FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE! My husband and I have never ever met such genuine, caring, selfless people in our 72 years on earth. This is not hyperbole but a sincere telling of what we have experienced in talking with both Sylvia and her husband, Tony. Sylvia is a Care Senior Placement expert who will more than take care of you and all of your concerns about the most difficult situation a person could be in...finding a place for your loved one, should that time comes. Sylvia is very quick to respond and has a no nonsense attitude understanding the direness of your situation and will do everything in her power to help you. It has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever been through trying to find suitable accommodation for mom who is 93 and broke her hip. Between the delays and dead ends that we were put through, both of us are mentally and physically exhausted but with the diligence of Sylvia, as of today, just one day after having found this angel, we have found a wonderful beautiful place for our mom! Bless them with all of the best this difficult, sometimes heartless, world has to offer. read more

Tony is AMAZING. I had been my mom's caregiver since she was diagnosed with dementia five years ago, but it recently became too severe for me to care for her at home. I checked out a few memory care communities, but it felt like I was given a sales pitch that made me uncomfortable. I didn't know where to turn and was stressed out, heartbroken, and confused. Along comes Tony and he took charge of everything! He was never sales-y but truly cared (you can't fake that). He made me feel like I was his only client and that my mom was his mom. He told me what my mom needed was a board and care home. I had never even heard of that. He found the perfect place. My mom moved in last weekend and she is already talking, walking, eating, and she can't stop smiling. She had lived in her house for over sixty years, but the first morning she woke up in her new home, she joyfully announced to everyone, "I live here now." My heart is so very full thanks to Tony. Thank you, Tony! read more

Sylvia and Tony were so pleasant to speak with and very informative. They completely walked us through our options, provided us with recommendations and followed up with our visits to each facility. I would 100% recommend you give Sylvia or Tony a call at Care Senior Placement! read more

These people are heaven sent! My grandma has been at Kaiser for 4 months in which the last couple of months Kaiser was having trouble placing her at a nursing facility near family that took her insurance and offered certain services. Within one hour of speaking to Sylvia I got a call from a place that would accept my grandma and had a bed available! They told me they had spoke to Toni so a huge thank you to both Sylvia and Toni, very knowledgeable people who were such a help to me and my grandmother! Highly suggest you reach out to them especially if you're confused with information you're receiving from other sources. read more

Sylvia called me after I provided my information on their seniorly website. What a lovely call we had - she listened very patiently to me as I outlined our situation and really helped validate that my mother was not ready for an assisted living community. She then gave me some leads on some higher end 55+ communities in my area of interest, even though she would not have any financial benefit in doing so. I felt such a sense of compassion and warmth from her, and it appears that I am not the only one judging from the other reviews. I will not hesitate to get in touch with her in the future if my needs change. read more

Working with Tony and Sylvia was so nice and reassuring. It was a really taxing experience to try and search for the right assisted living within our budget for my mom and I was navigating a lot of uncertainty. Tony and Sylvia helped advocate for me and feel very supported during that time. We just moved my mom into an assisted living this week, the facility has been nice and the staff has been very caring. Ultimately, I am feeling good about our decision both to chose this facility and to have worked with Tony and Sylvia! read more

I can't say enough how pleased we were with Care Senior Placement. Sylvia was so helpful and diligent in finding a new place for Mom. We first spoke on a Monday morning, she got us a tour two hours later, and it was a perfect fit. Also, she saved us a bunch of money with the facility. Even after Mom was finished with her assessment, Sylvia checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. What a relief working with a real professional who really cares. read more

I can't say thank you enough to both Sylvia and Tony! I called them, in a desperate place, for a dear friend. They were almost instantaneously responsive. This is a huge shout out and a huge thank you to both Tony and Sylvia! God bless you both! read more

Tony and Sylvia were so amazing. They were so helpful, understanding, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process of assisting my family and I find senior care for my loved one. Sylvia and Tony were amazing! I've been helping my elderly neighbor who has had a really hard time taking care of his wife who has Alzheimer's. They made his life so much easier by curating the best facility for her and offering guidance on the way to get things done most efficiently. The place they recommended was a PERFECT fit and gave my neighbor much needed relife. So glad I connected with them. I would recommend them to anyone, particularly elderly caregivers or children of those suffering from Alzheimer's/ Dementia who feel overwhelmed. Tony and Sylvia are amazing. We called when we realized even 12 hour home care was not sufficient for two relatives. And this was in December as the holidays approached. We needed a board and care with two rooms available at the same time, an extremely difficult ask. They found two options for us within a few days. We chose one in Arcadia that was the perfect place with two rooms, each with its own bath, in a beautiful house with multiple living areas, beautiful gardens, great activities and a very caring staff. We are so grateful for the expeditious and excellent work of Tony and Sylvia at Care Senior Placement. I recommend them unequivocally and suggest people looking for the perfect place for their family members who need care call them first. read more

Words cannot describe how thankful I am with Tony at the Care Senior Placement. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I was desperately trying to find a good and affordable place for my 80 year old mother. She had been at a facility that had high number of Covid infected residents.. After doing my research online, I found Tony. I was in despair and did not know what to do.Tony was the most patient and caring individual whom without knowing me treated me as if I were one of his family members. He not only was able to find a good place for my mom that fit my budget but most importantly he was there to listen every single detail of my dire situation . He never rushed me. I honestly felt like I was talking with a friend every time I had a conversation with him. After he found the place for my mom, I told him he was my angel who solved my desperate situation. Such wonderful people! They actually LISTEN and help you find exactly what you need. I am not well, and I don't have a lot of energy to waste checking out Senior Communities that weren't right for me. OMGosh my heart was breaking that I would have to put my Mom in a home. I went through depression, guilt, and was actually physically ill over this. My first phone call with Sylvia changed all that. She was reassuring and so very kind. Both her and Tony immediately went to work to help me and called me with updates and support. They found me a couple places to look at and both of them were amazing. With their help I have found the perfect place. I know this is about our loved ones but this is also about us and the pain we go through. These two amazing people gave me courage to realize this step was what was best for both my Mom and I. I thank my heavenly Father every night for leading me to them. I recommend that no matter where you are in your journey they are the first people you should talk to. God Bless you both for your strength and compassion. read more

I met Tony when I was trying to figure out next steps for my elderly Aunt who fell and fractured her hip. She couldn't go home and needed to be in a place that would take great care of her. That's where Tony came in. I had no idea how to go about finding a reputable place that was not going to break the bank. Tony has a heart of gold and truly cares about the people he is helping. He went with me to several places and gave his honest opinion about the ones that weren't very good. He was very aware of our budget and didn't try to push us toward something that was too expensive. We found the perfect assisted living home for my Aunt! She has recovered from her fractures and has been enjoying the lifestyle she is living. Her health has actually improved overall because of the healthy diet and activities that she loves to take part in. All of this is because of one man and his loving heart to help people like us. I found Sylvia and Tony through the internet. They were both attentive, understanding, genuine, and helpful. Being in this line of work is not easy but to hear how thoughtful and ready they were to work with us, especially on my family's fixed amount, is truly a blessing. I have been in the social work field and know how these different facilities cost and how bad they can be (in terms of attentiveness and quality of care) but the ones that Sylvia and Tony provided me were amazing. You can tell those recommend facilities were in it for the compassion and care of the individuals they serve. Unfortunately, my family decided to go a place that I did not want to have my grandmother placed. Because of the experience and warm welcoming I received from Sylvia, Tony, and the recommended parties, I truly want people to know that you can trust these individuals. I know if my mother needs help in the future or if a friend's family member needs help in finding a place I will wholeheartedly say to call Sylvia and Tony. Thank you so much for the assistance!! read more

My sister and I contacted Care Senior Placement when my mother's other assisted living raised her rent. We found Tony, our "angel"! He bent over backwards to help place my mom in a beautiful new home she could afford. My mom is so happy in her new place, and we couldn't have done it without Tony's help. I cannot thank him enough! read more

Sylvia and Tony have been the absolute BEST with helping my father and I during this distressing time find a boarding care home for my now disabled mom. We were really crunched on time as the hospital was telling us she needed to be discharged, but neither my home or my parents home would be unable to make those accommodations for her to safely be there. Upon first contact with Sylvia, she was so sweet and considerate, listened to my concerns and situation we were in. We went over the criteria; from the type of care my mom needed, the tight budget parameters, locations of interest.. and I'll tell you they delivered! Within one day they provided several options. And literally the first tour we went on was a perfect match. I feel easier now that I know my mom is in a safe environment with caring staff. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone faced in these unfortunate predicaments. They are very caring and on top of it. Thank you Sylvia and Tony! God bless them! read more

Tony was a godsend when the time came to look for a care facility for my stepfather. He took great care of my mother, who was exhausted and overwhelmed, and was very patient with my and my siblings' questions. He made sure we knew what questions to ask at the different facilities and what to look out for when we toured them, with him or by ourselves. Tony knew the names of the caregivers and administrators at the facilities and made sure they knew ours. He helped us narrow down our options and never pressured us to make any decision. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Tony helped us at our most vulnerable time and gave us the peace of mind as he placed my mom in Board and Care. When I first spoke to him, Tony struck me as someone who is compassionate, smart and incredibly responsive. He called me in a matter of hours when I was referred to him. He helped find a nice assisted living home after personally driving me to and toured 2 other locations. However, during moving day, the home that he referred us no longer can accept my mom and now we were left with no place to take her to and it was her last day at the nursing home! Tony drove out and met up with us in person and offered several alternate locations. Within a couple of hours he got my mom admitted into a beautiful and new Board and Care. Years of experience and his reputation with his partners made it possible for it to happen. We are extremely happy with his services and most importantly the place he referred us to couldn't have been better for my mother. Thank you Tony! read more

I was referred to Tony from a similar business in Northern California. My father has frontal temporal dementia and requires specific care that cannot be managed at home. My sister and I first looked for places for my father in Fresno California, the Bay Area, and then Los Angeles. We originally moved my father to the Bay Area, but when the place he was at did not work out, we again returned to Tony to find a place for my dad in Los Angeles. Tony has been great to work with. When I originally told him the kind of places we were looking for, he found a variety of options that might work. He even tried to convince my dad that moving was in my dads best interest. When we first decided to move my father we thought we wanted a smaller Board and Care place. Tony showed us several that might work, but we ultimately went with the one that we thought would be the best fit for my dad in the Bay Area. However, it was not! When I called Tony a few months later to tell him we again had to move my dad, Tony was very supportive of the move. He encouraged us to provide notice to leave immediately even though we have not found a place because he was confident he could find something that would work. Given the new facility type we were looking for (larger facility with dementia care), he again looked for a place for us. Ultimately only showed me one facility in Southern California that was a larger facility that he thought would not only work with my dad but our budget. We have since moved my father into this place and my father has expressed how happy he is there! Tony correctly assessed my father and found a place that was a wonderful fit for him socially as well as for his physical needs. But one thing I would like to note about Tony is that I think he has negotiated prices in ways that no other care placement person I have worked with has done. Again, we worked with people in Fresno and the Bay Area. Of the three we worked with, Tony was the only one who seemed to really work to find something in our budget and even tried to negotiate prices down for us. Tony has been responsive, receptive, and truly a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to find a place for a loved one. read more

My heart is so full and my mind is so grateful for Tony Cheikosman!!!!! I have read all these fabulous reviews but I gotta tell you I know that there are not enough kind words to express just how Superman like Tony is at his job! We finally placed my Aunt yesterday. Thanks to Tony and his perseverance and patience. (No one has mentioned those qualities). Our journey was a three month long Covid19 nightmare. No positive Covid in the family but the rules, regulations, stipulations and barriers of all sorts really were a challenge for us. Due to the necessary virus and safety precautions. First of all, even if you are smart, can negotiate a bone from a pit bull or think you want to handle your loved ones details, DON'T! I was a real estate broker for many years. I loved negotiating, but I don't know the exact details of this business. I do know it is a BIG BUSINESS. Rip off artists are easy to find. The facilities are easy to get tricked by and BEFORE you move in it's the time to negotiate and cross all your t's. TONY WAS ON TOP OF THIS FOR US. It was all by telephone. It was all from 2000 miles apart and it was all because I "felt" like he was a good man. A good human being with a truly kind heart and honest giving spirit. I've dealt with many other people from these companies over the years for my Aunt, who never ended up moving, but this time he was special. He wasn't pushing me or desperate for a placement at my Aunts expense. He wanted us happy. He wanted our budget to match our placement. He listened so well and heard what I was saying. I know because he gave me feedback. Tony worked tirelessly to suggest different places due to our specific needs. His opinions of people, places and operations were spot on. I now KNOW my intuition was right. He is a man you want to use, refer with confidence and be thankful for! I can't thank Tony enough for being there for my family. All I can do is pass it forward and tell you to CALL TONY!!!!!!!!! In fact, I am thinking I want to enter the field of senior placement because having an honest and caring advocate makes a huge difference! read more

Tony did an amazing job helping us find the "perfect" place for my mom in a very short amount of time, when we were stressed and feeling hopeless as to the kind of home we would be able to find and the cost. He pulled a rabbit out of his hat when he took our mom to not only a beautiful assisted living facility, but most importantly a place where they really do care about your loved one and treat their residence with so much kindness and respect. My mom is SO VERY HAPPY with her new home and without Tony's help we would not have discovered such a gem of a place that was much better in price than the other places we had looked, which do not even compare to her new home. Tony was very caring and genuine with his compassion and truly wants to help people. You Rock Tony!!!! I have a peace of mind about my mom's care and the environment she is in than I have ever had in the past! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Lori G. read more

Finding placement for my mom was a nightmare until I was referred to Care Senior Placement. Sylvia was my saving grace, with out her guidance and compassionate care this whole process would have been impossible. I had been going in circles trying to find a place that was right for my mom who suffers with dementia but she still has a lot of life left to live and I wanted her to be happy and able to live in a clean, comfortable environment. Sylvia was able to guide us in the right direction and we were able to figure out a wonderful solution. Mom has all the help she could want and more in a beautiful setting where she is happy and thriving. Thank you Sylvia for your professionalism, compassion and constant guidance at such a vulnerable time. When I found out we were going to need to move my mom out of a Skilled Nursing Facility, which I was extremely happy with and knew my mom was receiving amazing care, I was at a loss. A friend found Tony's name on the Internet. She checked out his reviews and called me with his number. I contacted Tony and we chatted about what my mom's needs would be, our price range and location preferences. Within 2 days he called me with a list. We were blessed to find a placement for mom that met all of our specifications, except one, but with pluses in every other category, we went for it. We had requested a private room, but this particular home only had a shared space. So far mom is enjoying her roommate and is happy at No Place Like Home. She is socializing and fit right in. I think that is pretty amazing since we only moved her in yesterday While all of this has been wonderful and made our lives much easier, the thing that really meant a lot to me was his follow through and assistance in helping solve a small glitch. He didn't just find us a place, and then walk away, he was available to iron out a small kink, which was actually a misunderstanding on our part, with the owners and together they brainstormed some ideas. The owner contacted me and we are now kink free. Today was day 2 and all the pieces are coming together. I love the staff and the owner has been so accommodating. Most importantly, in all of this is, mom's happiness and comfort level. Both are high. read more

I could honestly write a book about our experience placing my 85 year old childless aunt. She had a stroke about the same time as COVID-19 struck. Thank God I found Tony to help in our struggle to find a place that would take her, find a place within our budget and find a place that was awesome! Mission accomplished. After a bad experience with Belmont in Burbank I had to turn to Tony to help get my Aunt into somewhere near Hollywood Hills. Due to medical issues & Covid restrictions it seemed impossible at times . BUT...with Tony's patient, easy going assistance we placed her about 2.5 weeks ago . The place we got is bigger , less $ and so much better for my Aunt. The food is outstanding as well. I can negotiate just fine but I don't know senior life business . He does, It didn't cost us anything and he helped make it all happen. He doesn't say Good Luck, good bye at the end . Tony makes it known he cares and if needed he's gonna be there for you. I mean it when I say you can trust this gentleman. Thank you Tony. You're a gem read more

Having never done this type of search for a loved one before, I was so fortunate I found Tony & Sylvia or I should say they found me. After exhausting so many "robotic" calls, I almost did not pick up their call but the local area code is what prompted me to answer - and I am sooo glad I did! They were compassionate, understanding and worked within my guidelines (i.e. budget, locations etc) and did it in a very professional and expedient manner - Tony showed me homes that same afternoon and one was perfect for my needs. My mom is 95 years old, and was hospitalized for two and a half months. She had been living at home, and now needed to be in a board and care facility. I love my mom dearly and I only wanted the best for her. I was introduced to Tony from Verdugo Hills USC Keck Hospital. Once I called him, it was like I had found my guardian angel. He took so much time with me, and even went to the hospital to meet my mom. Tony wasn't just looking for a place for my mom, he was looking for a home that would meet all her needs, and meet mine at the same time. I wanted a place that my mom would feel at home. I wanted her to feel loved, and cared for. I wanted her to have her own room, and people to talk to. I wanted her to have a family when I wasn't there. That's a pretty big list, but Tony found the perfect place. He knew what to ask, and what to look for. He cared as much about my mom as I do. Once we found the place, he has continued to check in with me to see how she is doing. I can't tell you how blessed I feel. My mom has everything I wanted for her if I could have kept her at home. She is comfortable, happy, smiling and interacting again and the fear in her eyes is gone. She is at peace, and I have a Tony to thank for that. Tony is just one amazing man. https://careseniorplacement.com Finding Tony was a huge relief for the family of my girlfriend. They spent years trying to place my girlfriends Aunt in a safe and friendly senior environment. Prior to now she'd never agreed to it, but now having suffered a stroke she had no choice. My girlfriend has specific ways she likes to deal with business. She has keen insights on people and character. She insisted Tony was a man we could trust and who would help insure we got this very difficult task finished. He did. He worked with her and her family. He knew so many people in the industry and he offered input which was actually right on. We were able to get the family matriarch into a beautiful, big and friendly facility that she seems to love. (It is day 2) An initial positive response was what we hoped for and got from her. Thank goodness Tony knew the staff at the location we chose and thank you Tony for always being there when the family called or wrote you. You were so quick to respond and react to the questions asked that we were in awe. My mother lived alone until she passed away 14 years ago. I wish we had had someone like Tony to assist us so she could have also been placed by a caring professional and had a life like a "royal" for her last years.
