I gave them two stars because their billing department is an absolute nightmare. They do not pre-authorize visits appropriately, leaving you with unexpected charges of $400 + that you aren't notified of ahead of time, instead of your normal copay. This is not the first time we've had a billing issue with them, the billing office used to be in house now it's remote and you can't get anybody. Multiple times I have sat on hold for 30 to 45 minutes and then it disconnects instead of putting you through to someone. Or someone puts you on hold for half an hour and then it disconnects without them ever picking back up. So, good service from the providers, incredibly poor service from the billing department. Make sure you do your homework ahead of time and know what you're going to be paying. Contact your insurance company yourself because they're not always going to do it for you. The billing issue I'm having right now is for an established patient, no change in insurance, seeing a therapist that we were referred to WITHIN the office who knows our coverage. It is already so hard to find mental health providers and when you have kids who need help and are Asking for help, it is so frustrating when you can't do that for them because of issues like this. I will no longer have my card on file with them because they're going to charge it whether you know about it or not and it may not be what you're expecting.

I had chosen a…read moreprimary care physician at the Georgia Clinic on Jones Bridge Road because of their convenient hours-- evenings and Saturday appointments. However, their staff are the most incompetent bunch of idiots I've ever met. After over a year of seeing my doctor there and constantly having to call to remind them to do this or that, I finally ordered and paid for a copy of my medical record. Not only did I get a copy of someone else's test results in my file but I was missing records from the cardiology tests that they had done by their own Georgia Clinic doctors and there were no results from the OBGYN that my doctor ordered and had referred me to. Now I'm having to track down records from all of these other doctors and having to pay them as well. I cannot emphasize strongly enough how frustrated I've been working with these people and how rude and unapologetic they are. Don't waste your time and find a place that is well managed so you're not spending all of your time following up to ensure they do what they are supposed to do.

This place is awful at communicating. My wife has had to go back & forth to this place just for a…read moreprescription. At first they didn't renew it when she needed it which she tried calling multiple times and they just don't answer the phone and when she leaves voicemails they don't call her back. She went into the office & got it renewed and they claimed it was a 3 month refill for the prescription. She then went to the pharmacy & it was only 1 month. After multiples calls again with no answering she went back to the doctors office just for them to say they did do 3 months and will call the pharmacy, they have said they were going to call her back countless times so i doubt they will even call the pharmacy to be honest. It's getting ridiculous. She has been trying to get this prescription the better part of 2 weeks now with no luck. Once this is settled we definitely won't be coming back
