Finally reached someone and provided a cancelled check showing they deposited our payment in their account. They still request more personal bank information before resolving. Absolutely unacceptable and poor billing process. Obviously having a special needs child with BPD is difficult enough with many mental health bills over the years. Receiving an erroneous bill monthly that was paid 15 months earlier doesn't help with our stress and frustration. Also their care did not improve our daughter's condition but BPD is not curable so I don't fault them for their efforts with care...just very poor billing service.

I have been a big fan of Tricounty for many years due to the excellent care of Dr Borrego, Dr Jorge…read moreand even the Nurse Practitioner Mary. I have to say that recently the care received from them has not been good. I just had an annual physical conducted by Mary and felt the visit was rushed. Although there are signs posted everywhere that annual well visits should only be that with no mention of other things such as not feeling well, I did mention at the visit that I have not been feeling good for a long while. The conversation was brushed off and I allowed that to happen because I knew I would be getting a full blood panel completed. When the results were received I learned that the white blood cell count was very low and had been that way for an entire year! While this physician group is generally pretty good I feel they have failed me. I had been to that office many times during that one year span for various reasons and no one thought to check previous bloodwork or anything in my file to get to the bottom of why I was not feeling good. What is the point of doing physical exams each year if you cannot go in and discuss any concerns you may have and notice about your general health? It also concerns me that there are many older people who do not manage well with technology and yet they force a new app on all patients to get their results from tests. The quality of care just did not seem up to par on my last visit and they should do better. Mary should do better.

Many doctors visits are routine, but when you have that one scary event and something dire is happening, this is the team you want for your child's doctor. Yea I will never drink again not because they helped me at all but because I never want to be subjected to what I was put through here or be in such environment ever again in my entire life. To keep it short I was subjected to emotional and verbal abuse and threats, and se**al harassment and harassment by BOTH the STAFF and two patients here. I won't go into much detail because I am not ready to talk about it. This place is a living h*ll. They did nothing to alleviate my concerns even though I made them aware of them and made it seem like I was the problem I was not in real life I'm very likable and have many people who want to be around me. Don't file a grievance here they will retaliate and make your stay as uncomfortable as possible also they won't do anything about it, instead file one with the state. They gossip bad the staff it's like a high school drama in this place. Beware of Isis she is one of the counselors she will tell other patients and staff your business and complain about you to them but never to your face. She is the definition of messyyyy and a l*ar. She will neglect your needs twist your words and instigate issues between you and other staff and patients. All while judging you even though she has only spoke to you once... If you have health problems or special needs don't go here they won't accommodate you, rather they'll make you feel like a burden. The food they serve here is very unhealthy, so unhealthy to the point I had to buy my own. Meds and property ended up missing upon my discharge and while I was in there. Then miraculously appeared. I counted my pills I brought and 6 pills of one of them are missing.... Some of the nurses and techs are nice that's about it. Needless to say just stay far away from this place if you can. Excuse my typos. They deleted this off Google too.
