It's a no brainer for state workers getting a hefty chunk the RT pass reimbursed, unless you have to do things like drive JR to basketball practice after work. The drivers are cool for the most part. I was worried when that last lightrail home was later than usual, but my man in the EG one five six had my back well past 10 o'clock waiting for that last train. Passengers are commuters, not RT "interesting" or aromatic. Stops are also by places you can leave your car all day, pretty much without fear of them being jacked. I can walk to and from my stop though, which is great. All I'm saying is E-tran is a solid service. Grab a whiskey drink after work, let someone else drive once in awhile, and lower your carbon footprint. FIRST!

There are homeless that lurk around, even when the station is busy with students. If you want to park in the parking lot closer to the light rail, on a weekday, while the college semester is in session, you'll want to get there before 8:30am. The Green line has not operated for approximately a year. The RT stations periodically closed. Now all stations in the downtown area are closed. The new trains are very dangerous. We are forced to ride RT with every conceivable thing crowded together with bikes, scooters, carts and people. Accidents that include injuries are going to happen. The doors and the disability ramps don't operated correctly. The electronic signs often don't work or the trains frequently are late 15 minutes or more. One operator error can cause you major injuries with all the various things that are crowded in the new trains major accident including injuries will occur. If you get injured on RT's new and improved trains call "Bank on Frank Penny". He is attorney that is handling accident injury cases against RT. This attorney's is 5 stars. My bet is an Americans with Disability Class Action law suit is coming to SacRT. The physically disabled riders can not board. The ramps and doors don't operate correctly not allowing the disabled riders board. They are left standing in the station. The new and improved RT system is a recipe for a accidents including injuries.

I purchase my ticket online and it was fairly easy. The customer service was good. There was a rep in the lobby that clarified my pickup destination and offered a golf cart ride if needed. The train was full but not crowded. I was able to find a seat fairly easily. The ride was comfortable, I was able to read my book and relax. The downside was that I would've liked to wipe down my chair and table. Yes it's public transportation but it would be nice if they had Clorox wipes and sanitary stations available for passengers to wipe down their area.

I've done two Day 1 Cornering classes with Coach Can so far. First time I took it, I was only 2…read moremonths into riding -- and as you can imagine, I was way too confident for my abilities and stupidly so. Superbike Coach provides you with a platform to really get your weaknesses exposed, and I could experiment with things on my bike in a safer, controlled way. Before taking the cornering classes, I couldn't have imagined that I would be leaning through corners so effortlessly and coming to an emergency stop doing a stoppie. The classroom times with Coach Can between sessions also help you drill in what you need to work on for the next session and target the sketchy stuff you felt in the last lap. While I took the class as a relatively new rider, there were just as many people in the class who have been riding for years and had quite a bit of bad habits built up. They also finished the class with a big smile on their face, feeling more confident and having much more trust in their skills. I recommend Superbike Coach to anyone who rides a motorcycle and seeks to improve their skills. The type of bike you ride doesn't matter. However, if you're so new to motorcycles that leaning a bike in itself is a huge challenge to overcome, I'd recommend the 1-on-1 class more before starting the Cornering Day classes. Gear wise you don't have to worry too much, as your street gear would be enough. But protecting the bike somewhat and mentally preparing for a potential drop/slide will help a lot.
