Derrick personally came out to my home and fixed my tub and cleared up the scale. My wife called Spa express as a surprise for me to have our hot tub serviced and cleaned (which I do myself normally) spa express came out and did there thing. When I came home I was surprised that they didn't clean the tub during there service I was slightly disappointed but moving forward .. the next day scale started growing at a accelerated rate. I called them and followed up with an email. Allen answered my email and said he would talk with his boss. No response. I called again 3 months ago and they said they would follow up ... no response. I called again and went over the problem we are having for the third time since the day they serviced our spa. At this point I was told to drain the pool and start scrubbing the scale. If you want a sub par job, poor communication, and a group that doesn't want to make sure their customers are taken care of and satisfied this is your spot.

Another store, very well rated in Marin tried to tell us how nobody wanted that. As if that's the point. Derek was super easy to work with - helped us get the electricity sorted, and Aaron was super super helpful helping us get all set up and answering any questions we had as we got used to the new hot tub. Every single night we're grateful. If you need a hot tub, this is where to come. We had the steps built separately.

Premier Pools & Spas

My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.

Do not use Premier if you value quality workmanship, clear communication, or want to love your…read morepool. We have been disappointed throughout the entire process. Communication has been practically nonexistent, despite multiple written requests for schedule updates. We also specifically asked to be notified when workers and technicians were scheduled to be on-site so that one of us could be home to supervise the work. They provided updates for a few days, but then the communication stopped again. The equipment and electrical panel were also not installed correctly. Premier had to send multiple technicians back out to address the issues before all the equipment would function properly. This added further frustration to an already disappointing experience. The concrete finishing is extremely poor and well below our expectations. We have raised our concerns multiple times, yet the issues still have not been addressed or corrected. There is gapping in the black finish material someone selected for us, we were never told or asked if we wanted black trim instead of grout. It's looks terrible. To make matters worse, once they received our final payment, communication has essentially stopped. Our attempts to get updates and have the remaining issues resolved have gone unanswered. I requested a call from someone in management and I've heard nothing. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the poor concrete finish, improperly installed equipment and electrical panel, repeated technician visits, lack of communication, and failure to address our outstanding concerns, we are deeply dissatisfied with the quality of work and customer service. Taking our final payment and then failing to follow through is no way to treat customers. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Premier.

I can't say enough about this place. My first experience with them was about a year ago when I was…read morelooking to redo a small flower bed in my front yard. Not having much gardening experience and being new to the area, the employees at Sperbeck's helped me pick out some plants and mulch that would work nicely. A year later this bed is looking so pretty. This past fall we decided to have our back yard redone as it was basically a patch of weeds (Bermuda grass we later learned) and thorny, mangy rose bushes. Chris came out and spent time doing a design for us and made it clear that we were in no way obligated to use them for the install. To us it made the most sense to have Sperbeck's team install the design. Their crew worked hard for about 2 weeks during December rains to install irrigation and a completely new back yard and as it is beginning to bloom this spring, it is GORGEOUS! We are also taking advantage of their Garden Girls service to tend to our pruning, weeding, and fertilizing. They come quarterly and the price seems very reasonable to me. I recently noticed aphids all over some of our new plants as well as the Bermuda grass starting to reappear. I headed down to the nursery, and once again the employees were very helpful. They stock ladybugs for the aphids and had helpful tips about releasing them and were also able to give me advice on killing the Bermuda grass without killing our new sod. Overall, this is a great local business with knowledgeable employees. The owners who run the landscape design and install side as well are so nice, accessible and responsive. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased and recommend you to stop by.
