What impressed me was he got to the house, went straight to work, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, had a great personality! At the end of his inspection, he had pictures of each area he inspected and explained the good or the bad. He then said he would be sending a detailed report to the realtor and my daughter and finance explaining everything. The report was detailed with pictures and explanations! It was incredible!
