We have used STL polyjack twice now for 2 different services. Communicating with them prior to the…read moreservices was super easy to do. We sent out an email to ask for an estimate and it was super easy to have them come by to take a look since they just needed to see the driveway and we did not even need to be home. The guys came out to take a look and then let us know the cost and their recommendation(s). On the morning of Matt and Gator coming out to start their job, they were super friendly and were able to easily get to work. I talked with them for a bit to ask about the process and to make sure I could get my car out of the garage without messing up their work. They assured me it would be fine since the work they are doing would easily dry. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done. I even asked for them to check out the garage floor and they offered to fill the crack(s) since there weren't many additional problems they could see. Once they finished, we also talked a little about having them come back to caulk the driveway a bit just to make sure it was stable. They gave us a quick quote and later that week, we scheduled for them to come back! Such a great company to work with and everyone we interacted with was friendly and they did a great job with lifting the driveway and sealing cracks just like we asked. Now our driveway seems to be in good shape. Thanks!

I have had several surveys done in my nieborhood by Topos. These surveys are to determine property…read morelines that have nothing to do with my property. Multiple times my property marker at the corner of Oleatha and Prather has been dug up and the lawn has been left as a hole that eventually become mud and weeds. No one has ever contacted me to access my marker. I know legally this is not necessary but you would think at least put the property back as you found it. I will never use this company for any of my upcoming projects. I can not see how the way they left my lawn is being polite.

My finished survey has outstanding detail and information about my entire property. The good news was my inherited fence is on the correct line and my house square footage is probably greater than county records. Topos' accuracy and detail is worth every penny. When I decide to sell, this survey will prevent hidden surprises.

We did a fair amount of internet research on the various suggested solutions and on the companies we had heard from. We selected Permajack of St. Louis both because we decided that their solution and methods seemed preferable and because their bid was reasonable ... not the lowest but not outlandish. Everything about dealing with them was professional. Calls were returned promptly. Questions answered quickly. The project was completed as promised and on time. The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. When the crew left, the work area was spotless and the whole process had been much less painful than we expected. I would absolutely recommend Permajack of St. Louis.
