We included a weed service at a premium as well. They did a good job. We actually referred them to surrounding neighbors. Mejia offered one free weed service within 1-2 months. We had recently requested the second weed service, since the weeds grew back. The request was made within the 2 month period. Unfortunately, Mejia did not honor the original agreement and requested we pay for the follow up weed service. They blamed the rainy weather and that they would only do the second weed service with a fee. It's unfortunate that they went back on their word. Beware and make sure to get a clear scope of work and a clear definition of rework/additional services.

We had a water problem in our basement that needed to be dealt with. We had four companies analyze…read moreour situation and recommend solutions and give us bids. We did a fair amount of internet research on the various suggested solutions and on the companies we had heard from. We selected Permajack of St. Louis both because we decided that their solution and methods seemed preferable and because their bid was reasonable ... not the lowest but not outlandish. Everything about dealing with them was professional. Calls were returned promptly. Questions answered quickly. The project was completed as promised and on time. The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. When the crew left, the work area was spotless and the whole process had been much less painful than we expected. I would absolutely recommend Permajack of St. Louis.
