A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no professionalism, courtesy, and their work is poor. They do not value your time and leave your home a mess.
