I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.

While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area.
