With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! I asked him to arrive after 2pm since I would be away until then. Surprisingly, when I arrived home at 2pm, my A/C was working. I checked my texts and found out that Steve had come to my house at 11:30am and fixed my A/C. He said he felt bad the other vendor had not been responsive and that we had been without A/C for so long. What a great guy! I was so satisfied with his work, I scheduled a yearly maintenance and will be purchasing a service plan. This company is the best and definitely deserves an A+ rating!!
