First, a 3-person Demo crew would tear down the original siding and do some carpentry to replace any rotted structure. Despite cold temperatures, this crew was tireless, efficient and, importantly, so personable that we looked forward to their arrival each morning. A second 3-person crew would follow to handle new siding installation and painting. Each day we watched closely as work proceeded. This crew, too, was amazing. Each was a craftsman clearly focused on precision fit and finish. Observing the work being done was one thing. But it was the workmanship and the care taken at each step that most impressed us. I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.
