Ozzy told us verbally and in contract that he would: -rip…read moreup old forms and build new ones -do dirt work, compaction and build an AG base -would add more rebar and lift it off ground -poor concrete at 4 inches -cut joints, seal, and clean up rough spots especially around plumbing -clean up yard He did not do: -contract says reforming, he left old ones around the pool and lower patio which were way off on being level, now we have valleys in the concrete -no dirt work compaction or AG base laid before pour -contract says raising rebar on caps, no rebar work done, just poured over existing rebar and never floated it, so it's on the ground -no seal, even though he claims they did, which you're not supposed to do on day of pour with wet cement, you wait until after 28 days of curing. Even if they did, it was wrong -contract says edge work, left unsightly edges, chunks here and there, etc -never cut around the plumbing, it is cemented over -the joints were cut, but they are crooked and unprofessional looking -contact says 4 inches, we can see an edge where the concrete is not laid even due to soggy muddy conditions on day of pour, and not doing the dirt work and AG base as promised. Some parts are thin, some are at required thickness, and we believe the thin parts will crack. Needs to all be 4 inches How they left the yard -left over concrete chunks around pour site -numerous tarps and plastic covering left -one big tarp left with a lot of extra concrete that was left over I guess -all the forms and wood left here, I'm sure there are screws everywhere -there are screws sticking out of edges that will cut feet if people walk near -left dry concrete sludge covering one of our drains -on day of pour, it was really muddy. We asked if it was ok to pour on standing mud puddles. Said it was ok, we've asked around now and it must be dry or solid. We also asked can he clean up the ruts the machinery left, and he said he would, he never did. So now we have hard dry ruts all over our yard -concrete patio we had before the pour, on parts of it, have concrete sludge and dried up concrete chunks all over it. Never cleaned up, now we're afraid permanent damage was done and our coating we applied to it will be damaged as well For the money, a very unprofessional job!! We have contacted him numerous times via text, call, and email. We told him about it, have not heard from him. He has not contacted us to sign off on the job and say it's complete. In no way would we do that. We have pics and texts of work, and all the promises made for this job.

He started early installing the lights and mentioned some ideas on hiding the power brick in the attic and running the power wires out the soffit. It was a great idea. Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install. I would highly recommend Josh (JPA) for any work that you may need completed. His price is more than fair and I've already recommended him to a couple of our neighbors.

Josh and his crew were professional and worked very hard, running the two lines in separate trenches that extended the entire length of my yard. They came into contact with clay and several large rocks that slowed down their progress a bit, but their attitudes remained positive and I never saw them slow down. On the last day of work Josh came by himself and worked for several hours because he "wanted everything to be right". I highly recommend JPA Landscape for drains, or any other landscaping needs you may have. These guys have the right equipment, strength, and attitude.
