I figured i might add well get one and picked this establishment based upon a holistic approach. I've been twice, the first appointment was with the nurse practitioner and that one was fine. I will say i felt a little rushed but that's fine, we're all busy. My second appointment was with Dr amin. I liked him better than the np. He seemed knowledgeable when going over my blood work, and suggested specific supplements that my body was lacking. He wants me to come back in three months to recheck labs, and i think that sounds fair. Much better experience with this office than the last time i tried to have s primary care physician with Pratt medical.

I get a call 10 minutes after the appointment to say we don't do appeals by the same office manager. So now I am still without a medication and no call back from the doctor for a plan on what I should do now. I like the doctors there however the office manager was very condescending and quite rude. I will be finding another office that cares about my health and is willing to fight for me.

It is true, you will wait a good bit when visiting, but I think that is the norm with Providers nowadays. But the lobby was empty!! How can they not be ready to see me. Let alone the wait once you are inside the room. Remember, you can walk out and office cannot charge if the provider has not stepped in the room. You must stop at the desk and tell them clearly you are leaving, you don't have to give an explanation because of HIPPA but they cannot charge. It is reasonable to wait 15min but NOT an hour ++. Next visit I went to the P.A. and I was happy. I will continue to use this office for my care because it is very clean & neat. I just wish someone would water the plant in the waiting room...geez.

The front desk assistant was quite pleasant, and the doctor I was seeing was on time. Was interesting to verbally do a complete medical history with the PA as he typed everything into the computer and then took my vitals. Nicer than just filling out forms and have someone struggle to read my handwriting later on. I found Dr. Moss to have a great bedside manner, and I found her to be knowledgeable and open to alternative therapies. She figured out the cause for my issue and gave me workable advice to address the issue. Bonus, she does OMT. Just wish Pratt Medical Center would give her a proper table to make it easier to work on tall people like me. (Deducting a star for that, but that's about the facility, not the doctor.) I'll try to update in a few months after I've gotten the opportunity to work more with her. But she gave me a great first impressions. I'm very pleased to have found her. They do have onsite phlebotomists... but I'm choosing to stay with Quest so I can continue to track my results. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. They quickly took my insurance info and identification while I began filling out the new patient paperwork. I loved that while thorough, the new patient paperwork wasn't like a book. I was able to complete if before being called to the back (which was rather quickly). Dr. Reid and the PA that took my vitals were both very courteous, professional, and timely yet thorough. Dr. Reid took her time to get to know me as a patient and paid close attention to my family history. After taking her time to complete my physical, she sent me to the lab for blood work, and they were just as efficient. I really liked this office and will be making Dr. Reid my new primary care physician.

I replied how would you know if I have AIDs. He said something like the police told him. Well news flash bub, if you have scientific evidence in front of you that says someone doesn't have AIDs and some police officer says they do, then it's obvious the officer is LYING to you. Then this one took me a while to remember. One nurse there doesn't give straight answers. I got tested for AIDs and was really nerves about it. So I go in there and ask for the results. I'm so frazzled that I can't really see straight. So I asked the nurse to explain the results to me. She said "If you're [x-cell] count is between here [she points to the paper] and here [she points to a spot above the previous location on the paper] then you have AIDs." At this point she wasn't helping. I just needed a straight answer. So I asked her is it YES or NO. SHE REPEATS THE SAME FREAKING THING. Get a clue woman.

I became a patient of his recently after retiring and not having had a personal doctor for many years due to 12 hour night shifts. He was recommended to me by another doctor I've known for 30+ years. He's a soft spoken but deeply attentive, efficacious physician and a great listener and very considerate of his patients. I think his staff are most considerate and courteous and deeply committed to him, his patients, the practice and its success. I would highly recommend him.
