I've also come to Cain Center in the past for the Yoga Fusion class (led by Lee Middlebrooks), & the shallow water aerobics (led by Tamara & Keith Bennett). I usually liked to stay in the pool after the organized aerobics class so that I can swim some laps. I kinda wish there were more classes available at various other times throughout the day, & not just in the morning.

Never had a conversation with the gym owner at Athens, but he had his manager call me to tell me I was locked out as he apparently witnessed me slamming weights. I do not believe that it is fair to be locked out with no warning whatsoever. His manager advised that he said he talked to me before about this, multiple times which is a bold face lie. We NEVER talked and I asked for proof whether it be video or written and nothing was provided. I asked for the owner to call me multiple times and never the common decency of a phone call. AND this was only after I complained on Anytime's website. I believe he is a racist because I had my wife in there that day with me who is a person of color. Can't think of any other reason.. maybe my look? I believe that he is very unprofessional and not decent enough to even talk to me. I am guessing he's close to retirement and doesn't care anyway but thought I would share. But grow a pair dude.

One shows I an on campus student one shows I live with my parents another shows I live independently. Also the portals they use for classroom continually fail. I was denied access into one of my classes by an instructor because she did not agree with my opinion statements during a classroom discussion. I would not recommend this school to anyone. Even though the admin staff are awesome especially for admission. I regret ever deciding to attend college because of my experiences at Trinity Valley Community College.
