However, the lack of functional air conditioning is unacceptable. On a daily basis, members are voicing their discomfort due to the excessive heat, and this issue has persisted for months. Given the crowded conditions and apparent revenue, it seems feasible to replace the outdated units rather than attempting to repair them. With the temperature reaching 102 degrees today, it is unreasonable to expect members to work out in such conditions. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address this pressing concern. I was a little intimidated to start personal training again, but Chris met me where I was at and has consistently challenged me to push myself, grow, and get better. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.
