While doing so, I discovered that those other reviews were providing lack of information that by doing so weren't doing justice to this extraordinary Café and Bicycle business. I arrived on the Wednesday morning of Christmas Eve, shortly after they had opened. Driving my Lexus through Winborne Street in Grandin Village, I made a turn on the right side of their large size building, and in the back was a relatively large parking lot with complimentary parking for customers of this Bike Shop and Café. Inside their spacious building, I found what I consider to be one of the best and most beautiful specialty stores that I have ever seen in my life. And one of the classiest Café around, with a menu developed with the assistance of the executive chef of the award winning River & Rail Restaurant in the Cristal Spring neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. As one enters the clean and elegant establishment, the first thing one notices is the beautiful shiny floors and the gigantic size chainrings ceiling lamps that hang from the black painted ceiling. Next to the large windows are some tables and chairs of the Café. And right in front of the Café counter there is a cozy, comfortable space, conversation Nook, with a rug defining the area, an eclectic combination of furniture including a sofa, a pair of comfortable chairs, and a beautiful wood handmade coffee table. And today it is also adorned with a lighted Christmas tree. Behind this in an open space building is the counter of the Café surrounding the walls of the kitchen. All around the rest of the open space of the building are bicycles and accessories for sale, and in the back, the bicycle Service department. I invite you to view my photographs accompanying this review to get a better sense of the place and the quality of their products and food. There, behind the counter of the very classy Café, I was able to meet the owner of the place who had a very welcoming and elegant personality, a reflection of the establishment itself. He showed me the menu and I ordered the Cardinal Brunch Burrito, that contained chorizo, among other ingredients. And to drink I ordered the Mocha Coffee Smoothie. These out of an exquisite items menu. Everything tasted amazingly delicious, and the generous portions filled me up. The very pleasant ambiance and the warm and friendly, hospitable personality of the owner, created the perfect environment for an extraordinary dining experience.

I felt like things were going awesome. I was contacted fairly quickly about my finance application and was impressed with what I was offered. I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! Overall, I had a great experience. I honestly wish the dealership was closer as I really would like to purchase another bike before too long! If ever in the area, please don't hesitate to stop. It was a great experience.

This local Sports store, specializing in sneakers and other sports items that have to do with…read morewalking and running, is located in the Townside Festival Outdoor Mall, in Roanoke, Virginia. Every time I was walking on the sidewalk of this Mall and saw the great variety of sneakers of all kinds and brand names that this store carried I told myself that next time I needed sneakers, I would come by this local sneakers store to see what they had to offer. Today must have been that day, because when I arrived, the store was open and I walked in. One of the salespersons of the store, Hallie, greeted me, answered several questions that I had about the store and its products, and helped me find a pair of sneakers according to my needs. She brought me several brands of sneakers of my size for me to try on. And finally I found a pair with the perfect fit and very comfortable. And I bought them right away, not only because I liked them, but also because of my purchase I was contributing to the growth of a local business that was very involved with the community. Besides a nice variety of brand name sneakers, this store also carried an assortment of items related to running, such as very creative socks, t-shirts, goodies, water bottles, running vests to carry your water bottle, and sunglasses, among others. I highly recommend this Sports and sneakers local store to all reading my review, especially to those who enjoy walking or running to keep fit or to compete and win the race.

The store is older and has that look of older soccer or sporting goods stores: no frills aside from some posters up and a bit worn around the edges. But they have a pretty good selection of goods, including pretty new drops from Nike and Adidas on cleats. They also have a very good, serviceable, selection of shorts, jerseys, and gear for the average soccer player. The emphasis here is clearly on playing, not just buying replica jerseys of major teams though they also carry some. They are the main supplier for Roanoke Star teams so if your kid plays for them this is where you come. They were sold out of many of the larger sizes of cleats and shoes I wanted to look at but June is an off time to shop for such. Fall cleats are not yet in. The service is friendly and helpful. So overall, a good soccer store and Roanoke is lucky to have them.
