I would highly recommend carbon river doors. They do a great job, and they back their work. Excellent company to do business with.

Called to get an estimate had to wait a week to get an appointment. Then they didn't show up!!

I called Carbon River on a recommendation from my neighbor and they were not wrong! Not only did I talk with someone when I called, but CRD were able to come out the next morning. I received a call when they were on the way and they arrived when they told me they would. My garage door is fixed and I gained some knowledge along the way. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and all at a fair price. Will recommend! read more

We have been using CRD for about 7 years now for a couple of our homes so far. These guys know their craft. Their expertise and knowledge is superb as well as the quality of work. Brock is a magician when it comes to any of your garage door needs. Can't go wrong with Carbon River Doors! read more

Brock at Carbon River Door did a great job each time he came out and serviced our shop door. He came and installed an opener for it last summer and then this year we had the rollers replaced because they were so old and did not have the ball bearings to handle the weight. Last week we had him put the better rollers on our other 2 doors and it all went well. The owner was the first contact a few years ago when we had him install a new opener in our main car garage. He was great too. This is the place to go for any and all your garage door needs. Reasonably price too! thanks guys read more

Thank you, Brock and Carbon River doors for great service. Brock came out to assess the motor in my garage door opening . He went over all my options for repairs. He replaced the rail and motor at a VERY reasonable price as well as made many adjustments that should have been done by a prior door repair service just last month so thank you very much and look forward to being a future customer. Highly recommend Carbon River Doors Mary A read more

I was needing a spring replaced on my garage door and asked around to some friends for a recommendation to get it repaired. A friend led me to Carbon River Doors and I'm glad they did. Set up an appointment and they arrived on time. A quick evaluation of my door led to an on the spot quote and when I said it sounded good to me he immediately began to grab stuff from his truck to make the necessary repairs. I had figured they would set up a time to come back later so this was a pleasant surprise. In quick order my garage door was back up and running better than before. They made some needed adjustments and other repairs which made a huge difference in its performance. All of this for a very fair price. If you need a garage door or just a quick repair don't hesitate to call Carbon River Doors. read more

I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Carbon River Doors. Brock was very timely, communicative and professional. He quickly assessed my garage door issues and offered solutions that were both practical and cost effective. Extremely fair and honest! He only replaced what needed to be replaced and didn't try to upsell me! Brock took the time to educate me on each component of my garage door and how to properly maintain it. I really had a positive experience with this company. I trust them. I will definitely be contacting this company for any future issues and I will refer my friends! read more

Brock was so professional from the time he stepped onto our property; and all the way until I was waving him goodbye. :) Our garage door is very old and probably others would have told me to get a new door, but, he was able to fix it. I am totally bummed the door broke, but CRD (Brock) saved my day. They were recommended by my brother and I will refer them to any of my friends and family for sure. Thank you again for your exceptional service and your kindness. Hard to find these days.. Se read more

Brock came as scheduled and delivered above expectations service and chat. Smiles all around. I needed a genie opener and transmitter programmed and my Chev Homelink aligned to the transmission codes... arrived on time, polite, on task....and even added a additional opener control button by my home entryway egress door from my garage..without an add on... no subterfuge suggestive selling...pressure tactics.. These guys are amazing! We were able to get our garage door fixed within hours of it breaking down. Brock was professional and courteous, on top of that he took the time to answer any questions I had. I couldn't recommend these guys enough and I will definitely contact Carbon River Doors for this house or any house I might have in the future. They took a bad experience and made it easy. read more

These guys are the best! They are prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and the new door they installed yesterday is gorgeous and works like a dream. They even hauled away our old heavy wood garage door. I can't say enough about this company and the people who work there - from the person on the other end of the phone to the estimator and installer. If you are looking for someone to fix or install a door, don't hesitate to call them. Yesterday, they came out in a foot of snow on a Saturday to install our door. We are so thankful to have a working garage again after two snowfalls and freezing temperatures without being able to put our cars inside. We are very impressed with Carbon River Doors and highly recommend them. read more

Messaged through yelp and got a response within a few hours along with a few others. I noticed their name from the NextDoor neighborhood websites too and people seem to like them. I had a broken spring on my garage door and needed it fixed. The technician said that she had someone available later that day to come out and I agreed. Time window was 3-5pm and called 20 min prior to let me know he was on his way. Took about 45 min and paid with a check. Their prices were the best too among the other estimates. Brock was super nice and did a great job. Taught me all about garage doors and the maintenance needed to keep them running their best. I would definitely recommend them. read more

We've needed to replace the garage door opener for some time do to reliability issues. I had planned DIY install before major medical issues. I started scheming on how i might be able to do it myself but ultimately, reason won the argument. After flipping through project coordinators with no results, turned to Yelp. Carbon answered the and Crystal was fabulous to work with. Three days later, installer just left. sorry I'm remember his name of the to but was a delight to work with for a wheel chair DIY quarterback. I would have charge me double for my added advice but it's against my ethica... lol . Will be back for future needs... read more

When your garage door doesn't open, you panic. Carbon River Doors was recommended to me, by someone on the "Be Neighborly Kirkland" Facebook group. I was concerned that their location wouldn't service my area, but no problem! We called them up, and Brock arrived. He was friendly and knowledgable. He identified the problem, and told me that realistically, my system was so old (15+ years), the parts aren't readily available. I agreed it was time for a new system. He got that up and running within an hour. Sure, I wasn't expecting to purchase a new system that day, but considering the upgrades, and knowing its life was near its end, it was worth it. I appreciated Brock's honesty, courtesy, and promptness. I highly recommend Carbon River Doors, if they service your area! read more

When our garage door stopped working I called a few different companies and CRD was the only one that would come out and do a free estimate, everyone else was going to charge between $40 and $80 to come out. Brock did some quick adjustments to the set up of my door and then walked me through some parts he suggested we replace. He said we could get by on what he had already done but these replacements would help our old door last a lot longer. He was quick and professional and even threw in some safety cables on our springs free of charge. On top of everything else he went a few blocks over to my mother in law's house she had just bought and reprogrammed her opener and gave her a remote (because the previous owner didn't give her any remotes for the door) all free of charge as well. I would recommend CRD for anyone who wants quick, professional, friendly service. read more

These guys are amazing. The quote I received for my Liftmaster opener was not only the best in town but the price I paid when they were done installing it. Friendly staff, punctual and professional. When my door was damaged they priced themselves right in with their competition and made sure to get the right parts the first time. Again on time and courteous as can be. I can't recommend this company enough. Amazing service!! read more

I got five or six estimates for a new garage door this summer! I decided on this company and am really glad I did. The estimate guy Brock was very helpful and told me I don't need a new opener but gave us pricing for it in case we decided to replace everything. We ended up getting a fancy new opener and a double insulated steel door with faux wood look that I love love love!!!! The installation guy Alfedo was nice and friendly with my very talkative 3 year old son and did a great job. We are so glad we got this new door! read more

Carbon River Doors - Garage Door Services Near Me

Chose Carbon River Doors to install an opener in my newly built home. The communication was excellent. The price was really fair and they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable time frame. The owner completed the work himself and couldn't have been a nicer guy. I even got to meet his sweet chocolate lab who he left in the truck with water and the air conditioning running. Anyone who loves and cares for their pup like this is good people. So happy to have done business with this outstanding company. They have definitely earned their 5 star reviews! read more

They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced! I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to others.

This company is the definition of how these service companies should operate. James was great! He taught me more about garage doors than I ever could have imagined. I had a spring break which was the reason for the service. I researched various companies. Carbon River Doors came out on top. Price was the best and they had good reviews. James not only replaced the broken spring but for just the cost of the additional spring (no additional labor) also replaced the spring on the other door which was likely to go soon. He showed me how to properly lubricate the doors as well. It was like night and day how quiet they were after. They are also a small company and don't spent all the overhead on advertising and such. I always prefer to support such companies whenever feasible. I highly recommend Carbon River Doors and will be using them for my future garage door needs. read more

Thank you to the whole team at Carbon River Doors. I was so pleased with working with them that I planned to write this review so others could hear about my experience. They communicated well, worked with my somewhat complicated situation with a new garage door as part of our closing of our home. The technician showed up on time after calling to give us a heads up (just like they said he would). The technician was friendly but not so much so that he used up a lot of my time. He wanted to get to work and takes pride in doing a good job. The garage door is very nice, very quiet and I am a very happy customer! - The Hammels read more

Our garage door stopped working, and we needed someone to come out.   My wife contacted several companies and with the exception of the one who we ended up choosing, none of them were willing to quote us a price, up front, for the repair.  We both found that to be rather odd.  We chose the company who was willing to quote us a price for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. Upon examining the motor and assessing the problem with the door, I was told by "Brock", the young man who came out that in fact we did not need even need a new garage door motor!  The repair could be made with a few small and inexpensive parts, and a little of his time and mechanical expertise to install them.  I am no mechanical genius, so I tend to completely rely upon the expertise and advice of whoever comes out to make a repair of any kind.  Brock could have easily proceeded to replace the garage door motor unit, and a lot of other unnecessary parts, etc., and I would have been none the wiser...in other words, I could have been an easy mark.  Brock's HONESTY was incredibly impressive, and so was his personality and expertise.  While Brock worked, we had a great conversation...he was unusually bright and interesting, and had a great sense humor.  Brock saved me several hundred dollars, and left me with a smile on my face...what more can you ask for? If you need a garage door repair, I encourage you to call this company.  You will be very glad you did! read more

From the phone reception to the tech, this company is #1. Brock refurbished my garage door motor, rollers, chain and motor mounting all for under $45-- and $0 service fee like other companies charge just to show up. Carbon River Doors exceeded my expectations by a huge amount. I'll always refer them to my friends and family. Great job. read more

I called Carbon River Doors based on a neighbor's recommendation and on-line reviews. The owner was able to respond within a couple of hours and did the repairs. He clearly showed me the issues with a broken spring and the need to replace the bearing plates. The new springs have a lifetime warranty. He also corrected some issues with the original installation. The price was very reasonable. He had all of the parts needed and the work was done in about an hour. Overall great service! read more

This company is fabulous!! We needed everything replaced, three out of four new panels, a new opener, springs, rollers, everything. The installed everything and were were set. Fast forward 5 years, one of our springs broke. We called them and they offer a lifetime warranty on the springs!! We only had to pay a labor charge. James called ahead to say he was on his way, checked everything while he was out, and got us up and running. Fabuolous people and fabuolous company!!! Highly highly highly recommend! read more

When my automatic garage door opener needed help, I came to Yelp! to do a little research. One of the coupons I had was for a company that did not have good reviews - forget that. The next coupon was for Carbon River Doors and they sounded like a great company, so I called them. The co-owner/wife answered the phone promptly, efficiently scheduled me for next-day service, told me the name of the tech that would be coming to my home, and maintained an upbeat, cheerful demeanor during the whole conversation. She said I would have a no-cost, no-obligation inspection and could choose whether or not to have any needed service after the tech gave his recommendation. Wow, really? After the reviews I read about other garage door companies, I would have to see about that... The next day, Brock, called first and then arrived within the set 2-hour appointment time. He was clean, respectful, and a very friendly chap. After explaining the issues we were having, he immediately made a diagnosis based on his experience, but went right to work to make sure he was correct. After determining that he was right, he told me the repairs would be covered by their tune-up. I had a coupon, but didn't even have to show it to him, as he just automatically gave me their best price. I'm pretty sure that some of the work he did was in addition to what a normal tune-up would be, but that's all he charged me for and in no time, I had my garage door working better than it ever had. He even made some suggestions regarding other service I might need down the road, what to look for, and about how much it might cost. He didn't try to pressure me into anything and even made a suggestion or two for what I could do myself to save a little money. I couldn't believe it! So based on my experience, I would unequivocally recommend Carbon River Doors for any issues that you are having with your garage doors. They were honest, friendly, efficient, and affordable - first class all the way! read more

Our garage door broke while closing, so it was just kind of hanging there at a weird angle. I called Carbon River Doors late on a Friday night and they were out early the next day-on a holiday weekend! The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained why our door broke and not only fixed the door but also fixed the track that was messed up so that it wouldn't break again. And he also showed me how to reprogram our garage door openers! The cost of the repairs was very reasonable, much less than I expected. I will highly recommend this company to anyone. read more
