Even after I committed and sent in a deposit, when a question came up about a small item on the inspection, he and his associates were right on top of it. No push back. No hassles. She signed all the papers and off we went, as satisfied customers, driving off in a super car in very close to 2 hours after we arrived. We anticipate some odds and ends to do to the car -- it is a used car -- but with the great value and price, we'll be ready in case we need to make any normal wear-and-tear repairs. Buyer beware! We came in here to look at an Acura that had a clean Carfax, only to find that the paints on the rear panel passenger side didn't match the rest of the vehicle! The worker than said something about repairing hail damage. Mmmm...shouldn't that sort of thing be reported to Carfax?? Perhaps it's a fluke, but I'd be very careful about purchasing an auto from this establishment. read more

I bought a car in February that I love, however it was not disclosed that there was an oil leak. The engine was power washed so there were no obvious signs of anything wrong. I purchased a 2006 Toyota Highlander from Carboard and did plenty of research before visiting their lot. Leno went the second mile to get me the best APR rate possible and it was low! He really made the effort to do so. There was also no shady pressure to buy like the big dealerships. When I drove the vehicle home the "check engine" light came on. I let Leno know and he told me to bring it to their service shop which is only a few blocks down the road from their lot. It was diagnosed as a faulty catalytic converter and he had it repaired at no extra cost! He also offers discounts if you use their service shop for any future repairs. I highly recommend giving them a chance on your next used car purchase. I read other reviews saying they were located in a bad part of town. Untrue. It's on Colfax in an older part of the Denver area but not unsafe at all. I would not hesitate to bring my grandkids there. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed. read more

If you choose to buy here, you are taking a gamble. Bought a Chrysler Town and Country with 76k miles on it. The assured me that all vehicles underwent a thorough inspection process, but when a main radiator hose blew on the highway leaving me needing a new engine 3 months after purchasing, the Chrysler dealer tells me there would have been signs of this hose going out when purchased. The owner of this dealer will not assist with any of the costs $5,000 for new engine) of repair/replacement of motor in any way except for offering to replace the hose that went bad ($30.00 maybe). Terrible reflection on a dealer to have a car in this shape so shortly after purchase, even more terrible no to stand behind your product! Currently in contact with a law firm, Attorney General's Office, Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and Better Business Bureau to work on making this right. If you want a working vehicle, people who stand behind it and making sure you don't end up where I am at, drive to the next dealer!!! My wife, 2 small children and I took the gamble here and lost big time! With all of that being said, Zach truly was a pleasure to deal with through the initial process or purchase, this really reflects on the owner/management of the dealership, not him. read more

Simply put. Amazing! I bought an great car from Willie(Memo). First of all he let me take the car out of the parking lot and test it out by myself. Other dealers that I went to would baby sit you in the passenger seat. That further enhanced what I thought of Carboard. He also helped me get financing because I did not have the best credit in the world at the time. We were told that the vehicle was inspected by an offsite garage, when we requested the paperwork, they said they did not have it yet. It was a lower priced 4x4 vehicle purchased as a secondary winter vehicle, it was VERY clean inside and out, so we were not too concerned. When we took it to a garage to have it looked over, it needed an oil change, alignment (the garage stated that it could not have been further out of alignment, and a new transfer box. Roughly $1100 worth of work. I don't know what "garage" they take their vehicles to for inspection, but I'm thinking it may be an imaginary one. We did have a good experience purchasing the vehicle, and got a good interest rate, but we will not be doing business with them again. read more
