No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again. Surprise extra costs are a very bad way to do business, but Junk Truck operated that way with me.

I sent an email explaining the problem to Katy the office manager and received a phone call from Dave Schiebel the owner the next morning. When I spoke to Dave and asked why there was still trash in my driveway, he informed me that "his is a high paced business and drivers have no time" there are also "very small profit margins" and "there were safety concerns about the load and didn't want to kill anyone on the highway". What I don't understand is why they didn't tarp the load or tell me I needed to fix the problem before they picked up the container. Instead they just dumped trash in my driveway...
