I have no regrets and considering a second vehicle from them. i have noticed they have a good selection of cars, trucks, vans and suv's for reasonable wholesale prices and turn around is quick so if you see it today better buy it or wait till they have something else you might like. if you drive by you notice they detail/take care of the cars frequently, not just when someone is buying it unlike most wholesalers; the cars here dont have dust, sits in the same spot till it rots and/or someone purchases it. the interior is even given attention: vacuumed and possibly cleaned i haven't seen one car with dirt/grim, spilled marks, food crumbs, etc. as for financing a vehicle i have no idea whats required, if they work with you or if banks are involved, etc. they do trade in's and consignments but even those I'm not sure how they work there.

The quote was $240 which made me cringe, however, when I arrived after having to call roadside assistance to once again jump start my car, I was greeted with professionalism and curtesy. I was given a ride home by the offered shuttle service. I got a call after leaving the car there over the weekend and was told they had thoroughly diagnosed my battery and found nothing wrong with it. Not only did they check my battery, they gave me complimentary tire pressure service and a thorough cleaning on my car. I was absolutely thrilled to find that the people at Wheeler Chevrolet/Mazda were actually honest! They easily could have told me that they had replaced my battery and I would not have known any different. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! According to my research, Cadillac has their own warranty on safety restraint lights up to 72,000 miles. They said they've never heard of that light ever being covered and it would be a $250 diagnostic fee then the rest of the price to fix it after diagnosing. I then called reliable Cadillac in Roseville and asked them the same question and they said that light is absolutely covered by warranty and it would be $0 to diagnose & fix. I took my car to Roseville Reliable Cadillac and didn't pay a dime & got it fixed. If I were to have gone to Wheeler I would have paid over $1,000. Poor service & seems like they're just looking to nickel & dime people out of their money without actually helping them. I definitely would rather drive an hour than take my car here. This is also not the first time I've called. The first time I called I got an extremely rude woman who answered the phone saying they don't take all the brands of extended warranties, they only take certain ones. She didn't even ask the mileage of my car until after her rant on extended warranties. Once she asked my mileage and figured out I was still under Cadillacs warranty her attitude changed. Original review: Our buying experience started out pretty well, no haggling on the price, decent in-house financing terms for our credit challenges, and they fixed the few small things we found wrong with the vehicle during our ridiculously short test drive. When we took it for a test drive, the gas tank was on fumes, so we didn't get to drive it for very long - which means that more issues came out when we picked the car up and drove it for a few hours the following day. They refused to even look at any of those, saying it was an as-is sale. We're still waiting for our DMV paperwork, too. DMV is stating that the dealership never completed the transfer, dealership says DMV is lagging. I guess we'll see.
