They're awesome great service I've had my truck for 7 years not problems Shelly is Amazing

These people took advantage of my 84 yr old grandma.sold her a car she can't even drive and has the weather stripping all ripped off and gouged out, she even tried to super glue paper of what was falling off with super glue and it's terrible. My grandma hasn't drove the car and has been asking to return the car and they keep playing games ..told her to quit being lazy and sell the car herself to get money back and said she could get a third of the money she just paid for the car like a alap in the face...and the check engine light is on and it hasn't even moved! These people are scammer s!! read more

I was trying to bye a ford f250 I was told thay want 2.500$ down then when I'm ready to get it thay day that want 5000$ down it's only 8.999$ it has 366.000 miles on it the bod is banged up it looks like that have druggys running the place and that have no people skills what so ever and it's obvious everybody that puts good reviews on here is personal friends of theirs kind of pathetic really read more

Since you have chosen to denigrate one of your customers by calling me a scammer I feel I must reply. First of all, no I am not a seasoned Yelper. What does that have to do with anything? My little truck has 392,000 miles on it and I felt that I needed another vehicle to make sure I get to work in case my truck went down. I think the previous owner of my car got into an accident during rush hour. The insurance agency totaled the car as it was going to cost more to fix than the car was worth. The owner got a check for fair market value for the car. The insurance agency was then left with a wrecked car. You came along and bought it cheap. Fine. But there was no way to fix it properly as that would destroy your profit margin. So you slapped it back together with a can of Krylon and some duct tape and sold it for retail, representing it as one of your cars you check out so thoroughly. The turn signal lights on the side are in a separate housing than the headlights They are supposed to match up in the front , they dont. There is overspray on top of one of the headlights. The front left tip of the hood has been bent down so as to match the front. There is a bigger gap on the left side between the hood and the fender than on the right. The front of the drivers door doesn't match with the front fender. The side molding has clearly been repaired . The gap on the right side of the trunk is much bigger than on the left. Again, I might have made the mistake of buying a car without looking at it first, but you willingly and knowingly so me a wrecked car. PS -- I'm glad there are review sites like Yelp ! read more

I had great experience with Shelly she went above and beyond to ensure I was not only happy with my purchase at superior but she also helped me from the nightmare I experienced at another dealership. If it wasn't for her dedication and education I would be stuck in debt and Carless. read more

Bonnie is the best! Buying a car from her was certainly a pleasure! We looked at the car on a Saturday, went to our bank on Monday and then picked up the car the following Saturday-meanwhile throughout the entire week, she was fending off other buyers until we were able to pick up the car! Thank you so much for being so loyal to your customers! WE LOVE OUR KIA!!! read more

Superior Auto Group - We love our KIA! Thank you Bonnie! - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Yuba City, California

I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie over the phone. She was very sweet and helpful. I wanted her 2004 Sequoia on her lot. I drove down from Tahoe and test drove it. She held if for me for 2 weeks until I could come up with the down payment. The car is amazing. I am so thrilled to have it and so grateful for the service I received from Bonnie at Superior Auto Group. I will refer her to family and frynds in need of a new car. Thank you again Bonnie! read more

Worst used car dealership, stay away. The costumer service is terrible. They do not answer phone calls and it's hard to talk to anyone.

We came to Superior looking for a car, we were looking for something cheap, reliable, good on gas you know the usual. Shelly was the person that helped us and we are blown away. She was so professional, informative, and patient as for we had tons of questions it was our first time buying. We highly recommend going here. She made everything so easy, cause everyone knows how stressful buying a car can be. They had a really nice selection of cars, from different price ranges. All very affordable and clean. We're definitely coming here in a couple years when we're ready to buy a second car. read more

Do not buy a car or go to Superior Auto it's the worst car lot I've ever seen very unprofessional and my car is a joke . The front windows are power and the back windows roll up I didn't stop checking on that when I bought it I assumed everything was in automatic I assumed that it had cruise control the passenger door window does not work and I have to unroll it or lock the door and unlock it because there is no lock on the door or the back doors it is a joke . I went there two days after I bought the car and I tried to take it back and she said no I couldn't take it back so now I'm screwed with the car. Shelly can talk a good talk but she's full of it. The back window has so much film on it that I can't see out of it it's all a blur Dash started coming up on the inside and the car vibrates really bad and I went to take it in to get her fixed and all she told me was oh it had a loose motor mount, that wasn't what I asked her to fix my car is unsafe to drive and she tells me she's going to take me to court for what? Do you not go to Superior Auto you'll be sorry read more

Ran my credit score without me giving them permission. And they kept changing the prices on the car....

This is one of the worst car lots in town. We bought an 02 civic several years ago and it started over heating the next day. Took it back to them and they said the only thing they could do is look at it at their discounted shop rate. Come to find out it was a blown head gasket. They did nothing. By the way, we left with a 30 day warranty and they were still trying to charge. They talk a good game but in fact they're dirt bags. They'll drain every penny they can from you. I don't recommend to anyone! If I could give a negative star I would. read more

I purchased and auto from Superior Auto Group March 19th 2019 and without disclosing to me they increased the price by $1000. They said the Financial Institute advised them to do so to buy down my interest rate so I would qualify for loan. This was a lie. I contacted my lender and they had no knowledge of this. They did not know purchase price or that I put $4000.00 down. All they know is the loan amount and the term of loan. The Dealer calls the shots. After driving home the day I picked up car I noticed the odometer was not correct according to contract and security agreement. It stated 98,374 miles and it was closer 99,000. I felt the women who owned the Dealership were honest so I let it slide. Boy was I wrong. A few weeks into buying car I got a flat tire and took it to tire store and they said it had a plug in it and cannot be repaired and a new tire would cost $216. Now I noticed an oil leak on garage floor. I could not let this slide. After driving the car for less than a month the check engine light came on. I called them and they said to take it to Auto Zone and they will diagnose problem as I did not want to drive all the way to Yuba City to have their mechanic charge me $50.00 to check it. They said the Warranty was two days over limit so would not be covered. Also the warranty only good with their mechanics auto repair shop. Come to find out the manifold runner sensors were out which could be causing oil leak and this was an existing problem the car had prior to my purchase. $700.00 to replace. I not only paid $1000 over sales price now I have to pay $700.00 to repair and $216 for tire. This is wrong. The last conversation I had with owner she said the Lender made her raise the price for me to get loan and that the warranty does not cover any liquids only drivetrain then she hung up on me. I have owned the car 32 days and it is in my garage and I am afraid to drive until its fixed. I suggest you do not purchase an auto from this Dealership unless you are independently wealthy. Superior would be better named Inferior Auto Sales Group because they sell Inferior autos. Buyer beware! read more

They were very nice, but the Jeep we bought broke down 2 days after leaving the lot. Breaks were bad. They did replace them but the tire was bad too and the axel. They said they would get us a spair tire but haven't seen that either, the insurance I bought through them, has not covered anything. A "99" jeep now I have over 10 thousand into it. When buying from them make sure you get a reliable auto mechanic to check it out first. Bought it in October and now the front breakers went out...in January. read more

HORRIBLE service, number one the owner will take your personal information such as SS#, date of birth and address, all the things you need to steal someones identity. the worst thing is, it was over the phone which Ive heard is not legal to do. plus i called 3 mechanics in Yuba City and asked if i could bring one of superior auto groups trucks in for a pre buy inspection to make sure the truck was in good shape 2 of the 3 mechanics asked where the truck was being bought from, and when i said superior they said on garden hwy i said yes they both said "WATCH OUT" and "BE CAUTIOUS" that superior sells shady cars, the other mechanic said he would gladly look at the truck. so the opinion i formed was to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERIOR AUTO GROUP for their past reputation in YUBA CITY and how they took my personal information over the phone.. read more

My son went to buy his first car and he was treated so well by the sales ppl great customer service and very helpful .

customer service on the day we came to buy the car was phenomenal . of course it was they wanted us to buy a freaking car the only reason I give this place two stars is because the overall vehicle was decent. When we brought it home the very first day we had issues with shaking of the vehicle at 70 miles per hour or faster and a grinding sound at 2000 RPM. We took it back to the mechanic and the mechanic told us that you shouldn't be driving the car over 70 if we have a family in it and it won't Shake. They did not repair the grinding sound at 2000 RPMs. Customer service every time we called was rude inconsiderate. We would show up to make a payment and there would be no one in the office we would have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour each time we came during business hours. Like I said the overall vehicle was decent but the experience in general was horrific I don't think I will purchase a vehicle at Superior Auto again. read more

My husband and I stopped by the main lot on a whim, just wanting to see what we needed to do to be approved for a vehicle come tax time. We both have challenged credit and weren't sure if we would even qualify. We ended up driving off the lot that day with the minivan I had been eyeing for a couple of weeks. Shelly is amazing and really went above and beyond my expectations of a used car lot. We will definitely be back for our daughter's first car in a few years! read more

Superior Auto is the best place to find a car you need in town hands down. Shelley makes the whole process easy and her compassionate nature makes you feel taken care the entire time. While I was able to get an affordable car that I still like, I have to say the staff at one of their locations is ridiculously unprofessional. I got an appointment to take my car in to get its check engine light looked at (this is about 2 months after I got the car) and it took about 15 minutes before anyone bothered to see to us beyond a girl asking her coworker to help us out. I don't mind waiting if the place is busy! But in this case all the employees in the office were sitting around chatting, and swearing like sailors while I just stood there awkwardly. It was extremely uncomfortable and at one point one of the women in the office begun arguing with and swearing (as well as saying things like "you tell that MEXICAN..." etc...) at a man who popped his head in (another employee or something I assume) and seemed like she was ready to start an all out fight had the man not excused himself because he saw there were customers in there. No matter what the situation was it was crazy unprofessional and needless to say I won't be going back there, even with the discount offered on repairs. They didn't even properly address the issue I had with my car and I'm sure I'll be taking it in somewhere else soon. read more

By far the worst car dealership I have been to. Purchased a car from there and 3 days later the car started having problems. Had an appointment a couple weeks later at 10am to get it checked. Once I got there the mechanic said to come back later even though he was not busy. Came back and he had told the owner I had already been attended and that nothing was wrong with the car. I was furious at this point and the owner found out he was lying so they told me to bring my car back in in a week. I brought it back and they "fixed" it, but actually made it way worse. The alignment was extremely off and it messed up my tires so bad I had NO traction and they were completely smooth. Called to tell them about it and that we should get new tires since it was their fault it was like this and they said our warranty was no longer available. We sent them a picture of them and were surprised on how bad they were they said they would order us new free tires and call us when they got there. 3 weeks passed and no call so we went in to talk to them and they said they didn't know what we were talking about. NEVER buying from here ever again!!!!! read more

I don't even know where to begin... This is just an all around awesome business. If you need a car, come to Superior. When we were in the market for a car, after months of vehicle searches, countless salespeople, craigslist ads, etc... no one has left us with such a positive impression than Shelly at Superior. We come from Sacramento for anything vehicle-related just to work with Shelly. She is honest, extremely knowledgeable about her inventory and vehicles in general, helpful, and the farthest from the typical "car salesperson" you can get. Superior genuinely cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to keep them happy. read more

Superior Auto was friendly yes, but they did not hold up to their verbal say so's. all in all i would watch out.

* Beware, LEMON LOT* My husband and I bought a 1999 Jaguar Vanden Plas from them about a year ago, and have had nothing but problems. They SWORE up and down the car was in perfect condition, gave us the car fax, and come to find out they lied about the car fax. The transmission was in horrible condition and we found metal in the pan which caused an entire transmission rebuild, and that was only after 120 miles of owning it. The worst thing they probably did was DUCK TAPED the FUEL LINE INTO THE GAS TANK. The duct tape loosened allowing gas to spread everywhere and the car CAUGHT ON FIRE with my child in it. They bypassed the fuel pump sensor by not attaching the proper connection and rigged it themselves allowing the car to get gas. They bypassed the reserve tank sensor which made the car believe their was anti freeze in the car when there was none. They shittily repainted the drivers side fender and not even two months of owning it and it started peeling. Atleast the interior is in perfect condition right? Yeah, we thought wrong. The entire upholstery done on the roof of the car was a horrible done job, causing the upholstery to start dropping after 1 WEEK of owning it. After 13,000$ spent on repairs on top of what we originally paid for the car, the Jaguar is now running properly and looking amazing. I definitely do not recommend this LEMON LOT. Shelly is all smiles but it's serious deception. They do a good job making sure the car is show room ready but skimp out where they can to ensure they can take as much as possible from thier customers. PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT HAVE MULTIPLE MECHANICS LOOK OVER THE VEHICLE INSIDE AND OUT! read more
