Now, with their new management (Mr. K.) and the front desk Service Manager (Mrs. L.) they have lost our business and I would recommend anyone wanting a quote from them to run. They are what you fear most, being upsold every chance they can. You will work with 3-4 different people/mechanics all telling you something different. Here are the facts: I came in for my thermostat fan not turning off + noise in the front left of my truck. After "diagnosis" they "found" I needed a new oil pump, then it turned into they "found" I needed a new fuel pump. Once the work was completed, I realized my warranty was still active. Upon review of their diagnosis and old parts, the warranty company denied my claim. I then was told "Don't share pricing with them as I charged them more, to save money if covered" (Picture attached). This is fraud and is illegal. Their GM (Mr. K.) openly told me "we only added about $800 to the invoice we submitted to the warranty company". When meeting with (Mr. K.) I asked him what my invoice was at. He said "Well you don't need that differential tear down anymore, the mechanic was wrong, I drove it and it should just need front breaks and a wheel bearing." That would've been another $2300-$3k in work THAT I DID NOT NEED. All in all, new management does not put their customers first. They sell you on everything they can. As long as the front desk gal (L.) is there and the new GM is there (K.) good luck. They told me "we will be doing training so things like this don't happen again."

Just this morning I had difficulty with my car and was able to call them and get assistance with what was wrong right away and I was able to make it on time to work! The atmosphere inside is very welcoming with chairs and a warm wood burning stove and Dave and all the employees have always been kind to me no matter how small my issue!

They looked it over and said is maybe from using bad gas or it could be a PCV valve which would be a $270 repair. They said try new gas first and if the light comes on again it is probably the valve. I did that and several days later the light came back on again. I thought well, might as well put the new part new. They ordered the part and I brought the vehicle in. They said the new part did not fix the problem and wanted to keep it over night and try another part in the morning. They did that and that did not fix the problem. They asked what kind of gas I was using. I told them the brand and they suggest another brand that sells "Top Tier" gasoline. I guess VW turbo motors are sensitive to the quality of gasoline. I always thought "Top Tier" was just marketing puffery. I guess it is not. After switching gasoline brands the light has not come back on. Here is the best part, they replaced both of my original parts and did not charge my anything for labor, even though they spent about five hours trying to figure what was wrong with it. I told them I wanted to pay them something for their time, but the owner Steve said they won't take any money if they did not fix anything. It did not cost me one penny. I told them I appreciated their honesty and would now be a customer for life.

We stopped in to switch the 6 month old tires from the front to the rear and to get 2 new tires for the front. Service staff "refused to use the front tires at all because they were too badly worn" so we were faced with buying 4 tires. Because the front tires were only 6 months old we held off on the appointment and drove back to Firestone figuring they must have a warranty for those "bad" 6 month old tires. Firestone examined them and said there was NOTHING wrong with the front tires! We only needed the 2 back tires replaced that were few years older. How many other unnecessary "repairs" do they scam people with?! We have lost all trust in dealing with Tire Pros service personnel.

I swear I just keep driving and praying that i don't burn up the engine and then I am in the area and don't see a line and am inclined to pull in and let the Valvoline guys work their magic. They have this process down to a science and they even have all my stats from other Valvoline stores just by scanning the magical sticker on my car. They do a nice little safety check on your lights and blinkers as an added bonus. You don't have to buy everything they are selling and recommending--So if you have a few fuzzballs on your filter you can probably still use it. I do appreciate them pulling it out and showing me what all that looks so I can make a decision to replace or not. I am usually in and out in 20 minutes and the guys working there have always been professional and super nice.
