I am so bummed. I went here two years ago during winter when I was visiting and they did an amazing job on my car. Back in town, I went yesterday and ordered a platinum full service ($32, and mind you $20 for tip for 2 ppl). I don't know how it is possible for my car to look like it didn't go thru the wash at all. My car was not that dirty but I wanted it to have that nice inside/outside gleam/tire sheen etc. and I thought this would be it and for that price, it seemed like what I would get. First when I paid, there wasn't anyone near the vacuums. To the point that I waited minutes and walked around to find someone because I wasn't sure if I was supposed to do that part myself. Finally someone came (so, they are understaffed, and on a day when we have a stretch of nice weather). He drove it though after asking if I wanted it vacuumed. When I saw them park to dry it etc., it took only 10 minutes max for two guys. Which I thought was super quick but I was like, ok, two guys, maybe it's fine. Most car washes, you are there for at least 30-50 minutes. Granted, they weren't busy really but still. I didn't inspect my car because of the care I'd gotten last time. I gave a tip, and he put it in the box and I got in my car. I drove off and immediately I noticed that it had spots on the windshields (and even that half moon smudge that happens when you use your wipers - still faintly there!) that I figured were going to get taken care of (photos attached) and when I parked I noticed that my mat was also dirty and there were MORE spots on all my windows and it didn't even look like it was properly cleaned at all. Honestly, it looked almost the same as when I drove in. I didn't want to go back because I am a female and there didn't seem to be anyone in a managerial capacity there and only a couple of young, male workers around so I didn't feel comfortable asking them to do it again. Also for platinum, there is no nice scent sprayed in the car (and when you guy a Tree scent from the vending - fyi - it's $6.00 - total rip off!). My tires looked like they kinda cleaned them. I really have no words how bad this was and how disappointed I am. For a fraction of the price you can get it done elsewhere and it will actually look like it was washed. I want my money back. Definitely not worth $30+ dollars plus tip. I hate leaving bad reviews. It pains me but you have to know. Don't go here unless you want to take time out of your day to take pics, go on yelp, post a review, etc. and then have to take your car to get properly cleaned (again) elsewhere. Went here for the first time because my car was filthy from the snow. I did the basic $12 wash through the machine. Good thing about this place is that you can sit in the car. However, the machine does a terrible job at washing away the soap! There was so much soap left in the side mirrors/hood/trunk that as I was driving away, the soap started to drip down and leave residue. There was a gentleman working there that "wipes down" your vehicle after you get out of the machine, but he literally passed a rag over some parts of the car for maybe 15-20 seconds and that was it. When I got home, it was already dark and I couldn't really tell, but the following day, in the sunlight, the car still looked really dirty (cleaner than it was, but still dirty) and in no way looked like it had just gone through a car wash at all. I won't return here for a machine wash. I think they had self service but I don't believe they were operable when I went. read more

Incredible facility. Equally incredible staff. Very helpful. Accommodating. They quickly address any issues with clogged vacuums, very helpful in selecting the appropriate automatic wash, and very thorough with wiping down the car after the wash is over. This is the only car wash I will be going to now. read more

Do not come here for full detail because it's not a full detail they didn't even wipe the rims and wiped half of dash. Really disappointed 50$ for half a car wash. read more

I read the posts that rave about this place and I can't believe I went to the same place!!! Used to go to the other guys that was there before.... They spruced it up and they are the new guy in town, so why not give it a try! I pull in and just wanted a simple wash to do it myself, no direction for that, they wanted to sell me the more expense versions! I insisted on the do it yourself version ... I had to back out instead of being able to pull forward which would have been safer! Rude! I pull into the do it yourself stall and proceed. Soap the car up, go to rinse it off and there is no water pressure to rinse...they had to run somewhere else to correct the problem, meanwhile my timer is ticking away!!! Finally get the car rinsed and check my credit card and find out that instead of a $6.00 wash I got charged for 4 count 'em 4 - $15.00 car washes! When I went to complain the person just told me don't worry about it, it would drop off there was nothing he could do which did not surprise me as he barely understood what I was saying....well two days later it only dropped off to 4 that's right count 'em 4 $6.00 car washes!!! I did not wash my car 4 times!!! Called my credit card company and disputed the additional 3 charges!!! Now here's where insult compounds the injury!!! My car dries, and it's still filthy! The dusty grime I went in to wash off, never came off!!! To say the least, I won't be going back and I will let everyone know what a crappy experience it was!!! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE RECEIVED. Highly recommended a different car wash if you're wanting to do a full service. I brought my car to get fully serviced vacuum , cleaned and washed. After they were done I noticed paint of the buttons in my car due to them using an air pressure pump to blow dust with. Not only was there damage but the car wasn't properly vacuum. Owner called stating it was normal wear and tear for a car, he wasn't willing to refund for the service received or replace the damages. Went back in forth with him for nearly 20 minutes getting nothing resolved. Not a place you want to do business with very cheap and money hungry. Customer satisfaction should be your main priority when looking to do business keep that in mind. read more
