I have on occasion had my brother pick me up and we get breakfast, but not every time! Today I took my car for an oil change I was the first customer there and told front desk that I was running to get breakfast and he said we will call you when it is ready and I said thank you! I returned and they had not even touched my vehicle. The front desk worker told me that I had to be here in order to receive service. The worker NEVER explained that to me! That should been explained instead of tell me that they would call me when it was ready! There was no apology for the miscommunication or anything! If that was a new policy all employees need to know the policies so that it could be communicated with the customers! That is bad business! Fortunately, I still had my 2007 Lincoln Navigator, which I had bought a couple of months earlier to tow my boat after being told the engine had been replaced with a rebuilt engine. When I had to travel to Jackson for a conference, I got in the Navigator and headed out. I live just east of Nashville, and by the time I reached Jackson, the SUV would not go faster than 65 miles per hour, even with the gas pedal pushed all the way to the floor. It also used an entire tank of gas just to get there. Because it was the weekend, no one was available to look at the vehicle until Monday, so I had to stay in Jackson an extra day. While searching online, I found Luke -- and in my opinion, he should walk around with a halo over his head. I am a senior citizen, and I have lived all over the country. I can honestly say that I have never in my life met a man as knowledgeable about cars, and as honest, as Luke. I only wish he would move to my part of the state. He spent almost an hour showing me on his computer exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. In that short time, I learned more about cars than I thought I knew. After he explained everything, I made the decision to replace the motor with a new one. Luke and his wife even drove me home. During the engine replacement, he sent me pictures of the entire process and showed me that the person I bought the vehicle from had installed a used replacement engine, not a rebuilt one as I had been told. I cannot express my appreciation strongly enough. I am truly grateful to Luke and his wife for their kindness, honesty, knowledge, and fair treatment. They helped me at a very difficult time, and I will never forget it.

So no rust there. The quality of the windshield washer fluid is horrible. I would have told them to not fill it. I just love the smell of burning oil on my engine. OH then they put on the receipt that my engine has oil leaks. Well when you dump oil all over the engine, what do you expect. Then dude cleans it up by dumping washer fluid (from their spigot) all over the top of the engineer. (glad it didn't crack my engine block. Cold water on a hot block is STUPID!). For a PREMIUM price I expect PREMIUM service. The hood wasn't latched all the way; discovered that on my drive on the interstate. I don't want a coupon, I don't want a refund. I do know I am not going back. $130 for oil change? Crazy. Get an upcharge on the upcharge. He didn't ask if I wanted the same oil. He did wash my windows.... I blew a tire on my fifth wheel RV on 412 on outside of Alamo. No one in the area serviced roadside…read moreor had any availability for hours. I called Climer and explained my situation and he heard my baby in the background and was more than willing to help. He couldn't do roadside tire changes, so he drove his wrecker to me and took of my wheel, took it to a tire shop, and came back and out on for me. All for only $150! All of this in under one hour from when I was back on the road. I appreciate Climer and his customer service. I would highly recommend calling them before anyone else.
