However, the overall experience was disappointing because of how the pricing and communication were handled. We booked an interior detail online at $185 and specifically selected the "extra dirty" option because we knew the vehicle had heavy dog hair and would require extra work. We fully expected an upcharge. What we didn't expect was to be told at dropoff that the price would now be $600 after comments about it being "the dirtiest car" they had ever seen. We understand severe pet hair removal takes more time and labor, and we aren't disputing the extra work. Our issue was the lack of clear expectations beforehand. If a vehicle disclosed as "extra dirty" can end up costing more than TRIPLE the quoted amount, that should be communicated more transparently before the appointment or through a clearer pricing structure online. At the time of drop off, there was a line of cars waiting to be checked in, so we felt put on the spot and didn't have time to process such a dramatic price, so we left it (admittedly, maybe we shouldn't have). When we raised concerns about the final price at pickup, there was no willingness to discuss any adjustment. Again, the final quality of the detail was very good. But customer experience also includes the level of professionalism, transparency, and how concerns are handled when expectations (final cost) change so significantly. If you have an "extra dirty" car, my advice is to get a few quotes up front. We certainly wish we had done that!

I got there at 5:00 pm and they had left for the day.... skies were sunny so they couldn't have the rain excuse but basically they left me without a car in an industrial park by myself and I had to Uber home and then Uber back the next day. And when I complained about it, he offered to refund me the Uber but then when I told him I live 30 minutes from there he basically seemed like he didn't believe me and gave it to me begrudgingly. Frustrated with that experience I tried to contact the owner 4 different times in the week and got no answer at all. Unfortunately this kind of service means I will never go there again -even though the guys that washed my car did a good job and I left them a tip though I'm sure the guy at the desk never gave it to them .

They did a quick rinse and then they pulled my car up to the guys who dry and vacuum. I should've just done it myself. The guy on the passenger side of my car was holding his phone with one hand and switching between the spray and the towel under his arm with the other. While the guy on the driver's side was hustling.. neither of the guys did the very back windows in the van. Those are still dirty. You can definitely tell on the inside of my car. The driver's side is cleaner than the passenger side. I wanted to complain, but the girl at the counter was walking around with her phone in her hand. If they're going to allow those guys to work with their phones in their hands and not care about the quality we're paying for, then lower your prices. Not going back!

After recently having my car serviced I decided that my car was long overdue for a deep cleaning…read more Rather than go to a location and wait around for the car to be cleaned I decided to find a mobile cleaning service. I found Moyaho after doing a Google search for a mobile car wash. I skimmed their Facebook page initially, but finally decided to give Carlos a call after seeing that Moyaho had a few reviews on Yelp. I use Yelp regularly so I felt more comfortable hiring him after seeing that other people had positive experiences with him. Initially, I sent a message to the Moyaho business account via Facebook, but eventually I ended up speaking to Carlos by phone. I told him I wanted an interior detail and a basic exterior wash. He explained what the service would entail and the costs associated with each. After speaking with Carlos I decided to hire him. He seemed affable and exuded good energy. Carlos followed up via text confirming the time and cost of the service the night before the appointment. The next morning he called to ask if he could come earlier than our initially scheduled appointment. I'd told him that I was still working from home so I assume he figured I'd have no objections. I met Carlos and his colleague upon arrival once they'd pulled up in the driveway. I mentioned a couple areas that he might find troublesome and Carlos assured me that he'd do his best to get everything as clean as possible. I have light colored seats and Carlos made me aware that there could be yellow spots that form once the area is cleaned. Honestly, I wasn't expecting them to be miracle workers. My car was really dirty so anything they did would be a much needed improvement. They worked for about two hours before finally calling to say that they were finished. Carlos pointed out everything they'd done and surprisingly they'd gotten the car nearly spotless! They really did a great job! I am more than satisfied with how the car turned out. Growing up my grandfather always washed my car. I can honestly say my car hasn't been this clean since he passed away ten years ago. The interior detail was $145 + $10 for the headlight restoration and $25 for the basic exterior wash. I paid via Zelle (which was very convenient) and tipped both gentleman $20 for their hard work. They were professional, efficient, prompt, thorough and pleasant. I'd gladly hire Carlos again and/or refer him to others.

Although there was a line (I'm assuming because I went midday on a Saturday), once I got in they worked pretty quickly. My car was filthy both inside and out, I haven't had my car washed in probably a year. I'm talking pet hair, mud, dirt, dust, crumbs, trash, all of it was gone. I really didn't think they could do such a good job so quickly. The cherry on top for me and why I give this place 5 stars is: my car battery died and they jumped my car for me I get a lot of anxiety when my car has problems, but they took care of it right away and I'm so thankful.

I wanted to support this business, especially after reading on yelp that it's women-owned, but…read moreafter multiple disappointing experiences, I won't be returning. First, the hours of operation are incredibly unclear. I've shown up three different times after 8 a.m., and each time they were either still closed or appeared to be. On one occasion, someone was inside but told me they weren't open yet -- and that they were just a neighbor retrieving their car, which they park there overnight. On top of that, traffic on Elston is always heavy at that time, so backing into the lot is both dangerous and stressful. Still, I kept trying to give them a chance because they're close to home and on my way to work. Today was only the second time I actually managed to get a wash -- and it confirmed I won't be back. I arrived around 8:40 a.m. and was glad to see they were open. There were two cars ahead of me -- one being washed and the other, after 5-10 minutes, was moved outside (possibly a neighbor's or employee's car). After waiting 20-30 minutes, I got my car back -- and instantly regretted spending money on their premium wash. Here's what I got for $25: * Streaks all over the windows * Fingerprints left on the radio and dashboard * The trunk wasn't vacuumed at all * Side mirrors were smeared and looked like they were wiped with a dirty towel * No tire shine * Lint and residue everywhere inside There's so much more that was supposed to be included with the premium wash -- it's all listed clearly on their signs. I just can't recall everything right now, and I regret not taking pictures of the signs to show just how much was missing. The waiting area was cold and uncomfortable, and I was seriously considering their unlimited membership ($69.95/month I t), but I'm so relieved I didn't sign up -- that would've been a total waste of money. Bottom line: I paid $25 for a wash I could've done better myself at a $4 self-service car wash with a free vacuum. I genuinely wanted to like and support this place, but after several disappointing attempts, I'm done. If I could give zero stars, I would
