For dropoff, again despite confirming the same morning for 9:30 pickup (months ago we stated 8:45 but updated them), when we arrived they are now saying there is no driver until 10:20. They are leaving our baby screaming and waiting in the rain for an hour. Imagine if anyone had to catch a flight.
