I first evaluate auto shops from their appearance and the mechanics. The overall appearance of the lobby area is that it's clean and organized. However, as I was sitting in the lobby, I could see one of the mechanics in the bay smoking as he was working on a car. I thought to myself, this is a reflection of how they will care for your car and it's also a safety issue. After the mechanic assessed my car, he came back to have me take a look at the issue. I won't even go into his assessment because I believe it was exaggerated. As one mechanic explained the issue concerning my car, the other mechanic that checked my car lit up a cigarette and smoked it right in front of me while in the bay. After he finished his cigarette, he through the cigarette butt in the trench on the floor. I said to myself, I don't intend to come back here again. Once the mechanic completed his assessment of my car, I said thank you. I backed my car out of the garage and parked it myself because he was too tall for my little car. I walked back in the office. I paid for the diagnostic test and left. I went to this shop because I was looking for a good auto repair shop but that one wasn't for me. I didn't notice it until I was home but there was grease all on the top wheel-well areas on both sides of my car where the mechanic had bent over to pull out the spark plugs. I will never take any of my cars to that shop. I paid too much for my car to have someone look at it that doesn't even have respect for the place that they work in to look at my car. It's just not a place where I would take my cars. This was just my experience and opinion, you will have to make your own. read more
