I called them and discussed my need and drove 2.5 hours to pick it up When I arrived I was met by several folks who worked there and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Without hesitation, I'd go back. I know that I have input to how I am treated and if I am rude or demanding I could receive the same. My only issue is that the parking spaces are tight for a person who drives a Chevy Silverado and is not a good driver, and it rained but I don't think they can fix that. Driving in Atlanta GA in the rain is challenging (insane). Bottomline; a very good transmission for a fair and reasonable price.
