Horrible service. I've been here since 8 am was second car in line at the time. Seven more vehicles came after me all done before me and they still haven't started on mine. Literally 2 hours for a wash. Wouldn't even get a star if that was an option. read more

Very kind staff, free WiFi, free popcorn, free coffee, and the world's most comfortable chairs! Truthful and helped me to save money. Thank you! read more

Problem wasn't actually fixed. Diagnosing the car cost around $80 but they gave me a list of things to replace and I wasted money. Rip.

I've been waiting here for two hours for an oil change and it still hasn't happened. I won't be returning. Nothing special, just a simple oil change -- all this after I was told it would only be an hour. read more

Car Care Clinic - Auto Repair Near Me - Jackson, Mississippi

Ignoring the bad reviews on Yelp, we drove in for an oil change. What could go wrong? Well, everything went wrong. We are fairly certain our oil was changed, but not positive. Shoddy and shady workmanship and a manager who may be a woman hater - do yourself and your car a favor and just keep driving. read more

Terrible place to take your car. They'll charge you more than the dealer and the service is garbage.

I dropped my car off around 11:30 today for the Works Car Wash ($22.99). The wash includes: Full Service Wash, Triple Coat Wax, Ultimate Wheel a Tire Cleaning, Tire Shine, Clear Coat Protectant, and Air Freshner. When I picked up the car it didn't even appear to be washed. There are still dirt spots on my car and windshield. It doesn't appear to have been waxed. The inside is still dirty. I was told this package included cleaning the inside but there is still dust on the dashboard and dirt/crumbs all around the cup holders and shifting stick. Also, it doesn't appear that any air freshener was used because it smells terrible in the car. My tires are the only thing that look halfway clean. I guess you get what you pay for but it's extremely apparent that they just run your car through the car wash and don't pay attention to the details. Giving them one star because the guy who took my information was really nice, but I will not be going back. read more

Oh where to begin. . . This may be the WORST service I have ever experienced. I do not say this lightly, because I went to this location four times, and each experience was awful. Let's start at the beginning. Last Thanksgiving, I need to replace a tire, having just moved to the town it was the first place I even tried. I dropped my car off and got a ride to work with a friend. At the end of the day I returned to find my car sitting in the exact same spot I left it. After eight hours they had done nothing. When I approached the woman at the counter, she told me they had been incredibly busy due to the holiday and it would just be a few more minutes. Three hours later, I was finally given my keys. 11 hours to change a tire. The second time was another long wait experience, four hours to get a safety sticker and oil change. Again it was near a holiday, and I simply dismissed the timing issue, as the staff at least seemed nice. The third time I went was a completely different story. I took my car in for a basic oil change. After waiting nearly two hours, I was beckoned to the window and told that my car's battery was dead, and I needed to replace it. I sighed and asked if they could just jump it off, NOT TO CHANGE IT, JUST JUMP IT. So I watched a young man walk over to my car with a portable battery place it on the engine look over to the window where I was watching and then simply walk away. After it became evident that he wasn't going to jump it with me standing there I sat down. Another hour and a half later I was called to the desk to pay my $250 bill. I was flabbergasted. I asked why it was so expensive. They told me it was for the oil change, the air filter and a new battery. I told them in no uncertain terms that I had specifically told the technicians NOT to replace those parts. They shrugged and said, we'll we can take them out, but it'll be a few more minutes. I had no problem waiting, and after another hour the old air filter and battery were back in the car. I paid for my oil change and left. Promising NEVER to go back. (By the way, it's now six months after this incident and I still have the same battery. Not a single problem with it.) Two weeks later I was back. This time with a work vehicle - my company has a contract with them, and it was not by choice. The safety sticker needed replacing. After waiting an hour, I was told I needed new brake lights. I asked them to show me, and MAGICALLY they worked. Go figure. I paid them, and haven't been back since. I cannot speak for the other Car Care Clinic locations around Jackson, but I believe this particular branch is run by some pretty unscrupulous individuals. If I can prevent one person from being scammed by the folks working there than I have done my job. TL;DR Place has incredibly poor service, long wait times, and I believe they will likely scam you if given the opportunity. read more

Went and got my oil changed as usual at the I-55 North location. The techs were friendly. I thought their prices are high for a basic oil change. 40 plus tax. Then they guy said my 3 yr old battery was not up to par and should be replaced. But it seems to work fine. So I declined. He did convince me to get my power steering fluid flushed . Normal price 79 plus tax. I declined but said he would do it for 59 bucks. When I got home and looked at my owners manual, there was no mention of flushing power steering fluid. Just keep the fluid levels up. So I feel I got ripped off for 65 bucks. It was a slow day for them so maybe they were pressed to sell services. Just my humble opinion. I did post a similar review on their website, but it wasn't shown since it wasn't 4 stars or better. So it seems they only let good reviews post on their site. read more

This place can't get a car wash right. Vacuuming is never complete and windows are usually streaked. The staff is friendly but just not well trained. I've been here several times but the result is the same. Time to find a better detailer. read more

Never again. I bought 2 brand new tires from them. One of my old tires had a hole and the other one was in good condition to be used as my new spare tire. They placed the one with a hole as my spare and kept the good one. Found out about this in the middle of the night when my tire was flat and I had no spare to use! Never again. That was a bad situation to be in thanks to them. read more

The first time I visited this location for an oil change was last year and I thought it was great! Quick service and they actually did the 28 pt inspection. The last 2 times...no such luck. The first time, it was quite obvious the inspection wasn't performed. The low tire pressure in my car was on but I didn't bother because I knew I was getting an oil change and last time the checked it for me. I get in the car...tire pressure is still low. Today, I thought I would give them another chance, once again my tire pressure was low and once again it was unchanged when they returned the car to me today. They even indicated on my receipt that it was checked...yeah right. Add to that the fact that every time I have tried to get my tires rotated, they can't do it. I've come early, late, middle of the day...doesn't matter still no rotation :/ Yeah they suck. read more
