Honored to add this place and be the first to review it. I had the luck of getting Tony's number (the owner) through a family member whose company deals with Car By Car directly. I was shopping around for a full set of all season tires and getting a little discouraged at the prices... Dealerships seriously? Get a clue!!! After shopping around, Car By Car was the BEST priced, cheaper by $5 than the next closest whom I thought was crazy cheap already. So why Car By Car and not another. One word: Service. Tony took time with me on the phone, explained everything, didn't rush me to make a decision and then on installation day he explained everything he was doing and why so I could learn a thing or two about ol'Gen (that's my car... General... she's a jeep). Much to my chagrin he even found something wrong while inspecting my car prior to installation and recommended I take it to get looked at by my mechanic ASAP. He didn't push me to go through him and he told me what I needed to do honestly and what could wait. That kind of honest service deserves 5 stars.
