There is a paved parking lot with plenty of parking. We have been going to Gay's for years so it's good to see them expand to a new location. I ordered the catfish platter with French fries and a side salad, along with a 32 oz Maryland crab soup. Everything was delicious. The cashier was patient, let me take my time, and even offered helpful suggestions, which made the experience even better. The inside was clean and comfortable, with several bench-style tables and condiments ready to go. Overall, I had a great experience and I'd definitely come back again.

Our crabs literally didn't have one ounce of seasoning on them, they were extremely small and very light, not much meat, no bibs(which is fine, but don't say they're included and not include them), some mallets and no paper roll. I'm from the eastern shore of Maryland and have lived in LA for over 25 years, it's a special treat to order crabs and have a feast with my east coasters that are out west with me. Completely, completely disappointed. I emailed to let them know and absolutely silent on their end. Terrible business and I would go elsewhere.

That's about it. I was a retail manager for 20+ years. I certainly don't consider that to be customer service. No offer or even questioned as to how they could make it right!! Attitude and arrogance - I guess they believe they are without flaw!!! AND THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!! I ordered a dozen large female crabs. I had a $55 Groupon coupon. It still cost me another $67!!!! So, $122 for a dozen hard shell crabs?!?!? I'll stick with THE CRAB PLACE in Crisfeld!!! Don't waste your money on them. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!! I would give them a ZERO if I could.

I had the mashed potatoes and gravy, which was good too. I got a little side of Pretzel salad, for about $2.30. Tasty! We were standing at the counter for quite a few minutes, and no one came over to help us. We then went to a far side of another counter and someone said they would be over, and she was over promptly at that point. I wanted a smoothie, and there is a stand near the pastries. I had the Blueberry smoothie, $6.99. It was okay. I wanted something more refreshing and sweet, and this was not it. We arrived about 20 minutes after it opened. There was already a line for chicken/meat items. Open parking space outfront. Bathroom could use some papertowels. There was only 1 hand drier that worked

Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, others not so much. Especially customer service managers - I'm not sure how a few employees ever made it to the higher level.

The owner presorts all the crab and they could not make any exceptions. I gave them the crabs back and they went right back to the cooler for the next unexpecting victim and took the refund. They did not have any bigger crabs after checking to correct the sizes and were not able to lower the price for the ones that they gave me nor did they offer to call the owner and make it right for me. I drove 25 mins from Cambridge for the bigger size and spent 35 mins waiting for them to find me the size they had offered me while the line was out the door the whole time . Measure your crabs. This is not the first time that I have had a disappointing experience at this business.
