This young man is one of the most responsive and communicative people that my wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Ever. There was an issue within the home warranty company and from start to finish, he knew exactly what was happening and stayed completely on top of things. When the warranty issue was resolved, he immediately took action and was able to get in extremely quickly to replace our unit and serviced the downstairs unit. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and we have air before it starts getting hot out. We would recommend Fadel and Veracity to anyone needing a/c services. Top notch communication and service.

Nice people to work with but the last two times at the house completely misdiagnosed a "problem" I had with my heat pump. Got a second opinion and their analysis was not accurate. Saved me a lot of money having someone else look at it. Had them out one more time and was charged an exorbitant amount for what amount to 15 minutes of work. Upon inspection in the attic is was not cleaned up as they said it would be. In summary, nice people, check their work, if something seems more expensive than it should be, get a second opinion. Be suspicious of "problems" that need to be addressed.

Honest A/C was very highly rated. Tony did not disappoint. All the reviews were very accurate. He was a little later than he had said he would be but called to keep me updated. When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need. We will definitely be using Honest A/C again and recommending them to others.

From the very first phone call, everyone at Aire Care understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to help us. A special thank you to Eddie and Chris M. for making our situation a priority. They worked hard behind the scenes to rearrange schedules, get us a temporary window unit to keep my mom cool, and make sure our new Carrier system could be installed as quickly as possible. Their compassion and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant more to my family than I can put into words. I also want to recognize Chris R. and Ethan, our installers, who rearranged their schedules as well to make sure we were taken care of. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but what stood out most was the kindness they showed my mom. They were so sweet and compassionate when speaking with her, treating her with genuine dignity, patience, and respect. They answered all of my questions, treated my home with care, and made sure everything was installed properly. It was clear they truly cared about the people they were helping, not just the job they were there to do. Finally, a shout-out to Jeff Davis, the owner of Aire Care, for building such an outstanding team. It's clear that compassion, integrity, and customer service start at the top. Thank you for hiring such a fantastic crew and for showing genuine care and understanding during one of the most difficult times my family has faced. Because of all of you, my mother was comfortable, cared for, and cool when she needed it most. I can't thank the entire Aire Care team enough and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that truly puts people first.

Their plumber inspected a water leak in my crawlspace and told me I needed approximately $16,000 worth of water and sewer line replacement, and that sewage was leaking throughout my crawlspace and would require an additional $15,000-$30,000 in hazardous-waste cleanup. I immediately had three other plumbers inspect the issue, and all three independently located the actual leak, which was repaired for only a few hundred dollars. They also found no leaking sewer line or evidence of sewage contamination. I'm leaving this review because I don't want another homeowner to be frightened into spending tens of thousands of dollars on unnecessary work without getting a second opinion.
