Office staff and line folks were wonderful, however, I seemed to have somehow earned the err of the chief flight instructor who told me that my original training organization was rubbish and that my training and rating didn't count for much. 1st. flt/gift certificate was quickly used up with a flight which ended up with the instructor declaring that there would be no further flight for a few hours as conditions were moderate turbulence. This did not help me as I got berated for my lack of demonstrable ability during the flight. After lunch, the 2nd flight/gift certificate was used to put me thru new (to me) maneuvers where I failed once again to meet the expectations of the instructor. Overall, an expensive and waste of good gift certificates resulting in a demeaning experience for me, which I'd anticipated and hoped would be a wonderful start to my journey back to glider currency.
